1 GCSS-Army Transaction Guide Display Overage Reparable Report - Extended Report for Wave 2 (ZOAREP) Business Purpose Use this transaction to display a list of recoverable/reparable materials that are to be processed for turn-in to a Supply Support Activity (SSA). Business Trigger Perform this transaction when you need to monitor the list of recoverable/reparable materials that are to be processed for turn-in to an SSA. Navigating to the Transaction To navigate to the transaction, type ZOAREP in the SAP Easy Access screen Command field and press Enter.

3 Display Overage Reparable Report - Extended Report for Wave 2 (ZOAREP) Page: 3 of 18 Overage Reparable Report by Purchase Req 1. Type your entry in the Supporting SSA field (for example, WDM1). Enter the alphanumeric code of the supporting SSA storage location (SLoc) that is to receive the recoverable/reparable material turn-in. 2. Type your entry in the Issuing Storage Loc. field (for example, 002P). Enter the alphanumeric code of the Unit's SLoc that is to turn-in the recoverable/reparable material. 3. Click the Execute button to run the transaction.

5 Display Overage Reparable Report - Extended Report for Wave 2 (ZOAREP) Page: 5 of 18 ZOAREP - Overage Turn Ins (Screen 2) Review the following fields: Field Field Description Determines the age of the oldest return (ZRL, ZRX or ZXS) purchase requisitions (PR) that are due for turn-in processing: Light - Greater than 30 days old - Between 11 and 30 days old - Less than 11 days old Rec / Ret Loc Issue Loc DoDAAC STAMIS Identifies the SSA SLoc that is to receive the recoverable/reparable turn-ins from the Unit. Identifies the Unit s SLoc that must turn-in the recoverables/reparables to the SSA. Identifies the Unit s Department of Defense Activity Address Code. Provides an indicator if the Unit is a Standard Army Maintenance System-Extended (SAMS-E) Standard Army Management Information System (STAMIS) Customer.
6 Display Overage Reparable Report - Extended Report for Wave 2 (ZOAREP) Page: 6 of 18 Total Unserv Due Total Serv Due Total Expected Credit Total Recoverable Credit Total Reparables Credit #PR Identifies the total sum of the unserviceable credit for the recoverable/ reparable materials that are due for turn-in from the selected Unit SLoc. Identifies the total sum of serviceable credit for the recoverable/reparable materials that are due for turn-in from the selected Unit SLoc. Identifies the total amount of the credit that is expected for the recoverable/ reparable materials that are due for turn-in from the selected Unit SLoc. Identifies the total amount of the credit that is expected for the recoverable materials that are due for turn-in from the selected Unit SLoc. Identifies the total amount of the credit that is expected for the reparable materials that are due for turn-in from the selected Unit SLoc. Identifies the number of (ZRL, ZRX or ZXS) PRs that are due for turnin processing. 6. Click the space directly to the right of the Horizontal scroll bar to display additional recoverable/reparable turn-in information. 7 Display Overage Reparable Report - Extended Report for Wave 2 (ZOAREP) Page: 7 of 18 ZOAREP - Overage Turn Ins (Screen 3) Review the following fields: Field Field Description # Recoverable PR Identifies the number of (ZRL or ZRX) PRs for recoverable materials that are due for turn-in processing. # Reparable PR Identifies the number of (ZRL or ZRX) PRs for reparable materials that are due for turn-in processing. #PO #OBD #IBDs Identifies the number of return (ZRLU or ZXSS) stock transport orders (STOs) or return (ZRXU) purchase orders (POs) that have been converted from a return (ZRL, ZRX or ZXS) PR. Identifies the number of outbound deliveries (OBDs) to the SSA that have been created with reference to a return (ZRLU or ZXSS) STO or a return (ZXSS) PO. Identifies the number of inbound deliveries (IBD) to the SSA that have been created with reference to an OBD.

9 Display Overage Reparable Report - Extended Report for Wave 2 (ZOAREP) Page: 9 of 18 ZOAREP - Overage Reparable Report (Screen 1) Review the following fields: Aging Field Field Description Determines the age of a return delivery (ZRL, ZRX or ZXS) PR that is due for turn-in processing: - Greater than 30 days old - Between 11 and 30 days old Issuing Storage Loc. Net days FSC Code Material Description - Less than 11 days old Identifies the Unit s SLoc that must turn-in the recoverables/reparables to the SSA. Calculates the number of days since the return (ZRL, ZRX or ZXS) PR was created. Identifies the Federal Supply Class (FSC) code of the recoverable/ reparable material that is due for turn-in processing. Identifies the recoverable/reparable National Item Identification Number (NIIN). Provides a text description of the recoverable/reparable material.

Identifies the Department of Defense (DoD) document number. Identifies the date the return (ZRL, ZRX or ZXS) PR was created. Identifies the undelivered return (ZRL or ZRX) PR quantity that still is due for turn-in processing. Identifies the unit of measurement for the recoverable/reparable material. Identifies the recovery code of the recoverable/reparable material. Identifies the batch (condition code) of the recoverable/reparable material. Indicates if the recoverable/reparable material is part of an Interchangeability and Substitutability (I&S) chain. - (I&S Chain Applicable): Indicates that an I&S chain exists for the associated recoverable/reparable material. - (I&S Not Chain Applicable): Indicates that an I& S chain does not exist for the associated recoverable/reparable material. Supply Class Identifies the Army classes of supply of the recoverable/reparable material. 9. Click the space directly to the right of the Horizontal scroll bar to display additional recoverable/reparable turn-in information. Identifies the amount of the credit that is expected for the return (ZRL, ZRX or ZXS) PR recoverable/reparables turn-in. 10.
