SS06 Varies CeraKote Accents GLOCK Contrasting color for sub-components, controls (Mag Release, Slide Stop Lever, Cover Plate, Extractor, Barrel & up to 3 Mag Base Plates SS07 Varies Cerakote H-Series: H-Series is the most durable of the standard Cerakote product and provides the best performance in hardness, wear, scratch resistance, adhesion and rust resistance. It can withstand temperatures up to 500 degrees F and comes in over 90 colors. H-Series is a thermal cure finish and therefore should not be applied to items or substrates which cannot be cured at the required temperatures. Handling time is extremely short and can be used almost immediately. Cerakote C-Series: C-Series should ONLY be used for high-temp applications up to 1700 degrees F, such as suppressors and machine gun barrels. C-Series should NOT be mixed with H-Series Catalyst or Coatings. C-Series is available in a wide range of colors to match the overall finish requirement of the firearm or weapons system. C-Series is used to coat scopes and other optics, as well as fiberglass, polymer and other substrates which cannot be thermally cured. Finish must be allowed to air-dry. Parts are tack free after one hour. Until this point the coating is still wet, so take care to not bump or touch the parts. Parts will be partially cured after 24 hours and fully cured 5 days after application. Finished goods may be shipped after 48 hours when the coating is partially cured.

5 Shipping Shipment of firearms & other items requiring a FFL. We strongly encourage anyone who is contemplating shipment of a firearm to consult with your local BATF office prior to shipment. Due to the variety of state and local ordinances for firearms possession & shipment YOU are responsible for researching and understanding the state & local laws in your area prior to shipping a firearm. Handguns must ship from one FFL to another FFL. They cannot ship through the USPS and must ship overnight. They cannot be mailed directly back to you after refinishing. Please obtain a copy of the FFL for the person or business you wish us to return ship to and include it when you ship the weapon. Please consult with the carrier you will use regarding their policies for shipment of firearms. Shipping Instructions Return shipping costs are not included in our pricing for refinishing. You can supply us with your FedEx / UPS Account number and we will be happy to 3 rd party ship. We use & suggest the following shipping companies for shipment of firearms & related accessories: Federal Express or United Parcel Service DO NOT SHIP VIA USPS UNLESS YOU ARE SHIPPING FROM ALASKA AND YOU ARE AN FFL DEALER Please contact your desired shipper for exact shipping charges. We recommend you insure any item shipped for the full replacement value of the item(s) being shipped. (Standard shipping insurance covers only $100.00). See Work Order Below for Ship To address We strongly encourage shipment via Fed-Ex, due to their efficient tracking and claims capabilities. Shipment of rifles, via this method and carrier, is usually around $40.00.

6 Damaged Goods If you receive goods that have been damaged during shipment, save the package and contents, then notify the shipper immediately to file a claim. Failure to follow these instructions may void your claim for damages. Returns Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with our services, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. Forms of Payment All work is invoice Open-End, due to the variables of the cleanliness of the submitted firearms and the complexities of the job. Deposits: Visa or Master Card / Money Order / Certified Cashier s Check / Personal Check - Shipment of completed items will be held up 21 days to allow personal checks to clear. Refinishing work requires a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to work being started. If paying by credit card, and you decide the final price is too costly, we will use your deposit for funds to return ship your firearm back to your dealer. Refund of balance held will occur within 10 days. We will update you with your final total once we receive the work piece, or you can simply leave a credit card on file. Either way you will be notified. Pricing show is a guideline only. Your final price is dependent upon you and how much work you want to put in to prepare your firearm for refinishing. No driver s license in the box, we will refuse to perform the work and will not return your firearm; NO EXCEPTION. Your firearm (if not dropped off directly) will be returned to your address of record only. There will be no diversion to an alternate address. All firearms are shipped Next Day Adult Signature release. You are responsible for being home to sign for your firearm. Drop-Off: NYS residents can hand deliver their firearm to us by appointment. Please insure to bring your State-issued ID, and in the case of a Handgun your NYS Pistol Permit or your Law Enforcement Identification Card. We will not accept any firearm without I.D.
