Level 1: ACCESS provides remote access to information about your fleet including: Equipment Hours and Location. Equipment Health. Fuel Burn (idle and working split). Utilization hours (idle and working split). VisionLink helps you to: Manage fuel costs by understanding the usage per equipment and why - operator technique, idle time etc. Plan your preventative maintenance, enabling you to improve downtime, order parts, schedule work and reduce costs. Customise your data to view alerts most important to you as they occur. Set up site boundaries and receive alerts when equipment moves in or out of these zones. Receive health and operator induced alerts such as low engine oil pressure. Set up alerts when equipment is operated outside of normal defined hours. Level 2: INFORM report provides you: Key operator induced fault codes. Run time. Fuel burn (if available). Idle time. Overall comparison with other regional fleets. Monthly equipment report helps you to: View utilization and health data, which will be trended and benchmarked against geographic region averages. This data is a high level snapshot of your fleet s relative performance compared to other similar equipment in your area. Show immediately if you are improving your utilization month on month and highlight equipment which is underperforming and underutilized. Mantrac will be on hand for additional consultation to explore and determine root causes of any issues or concerns. Planned preventive maintenance (PM) is a key contributor to improved equipment availability and lower operating costs. Mantrac will utilize the equipment service meter hours from VisionLink to track, schedule, and manage your equipment maintenance so you don t have to. Mantrac will know when service is due and will schedule a timely and convenient PM service that works for you. No need to manage maintenance parts inventories; Mantrac will provide required PM parts and manage the disposal of waste oil and filters to comply with environmental regulations.
