Founded in the year 2016, TLSC [License No: D83036] is young but have proven itself as one of the leading logistics and services companies in the country and played a genuine and significant role in the rehabilitation and reconstruction of the country. Contractor for Supply of Fuel to DABS ( State Owned Power Energy Company of Afghanistan ) since 2016 and distribution of fuel to the local market TLSC has the membership in Turkmenbashi Oil processing company since 2016 and has purchased more than ten thousand Metric Ton of diesel fuel from Birja and imported to its client in the local market of Afghanistan. In order to maintain sustainable and long-term relationship with our clients, we have created an internal logistics policy in our company for those customers from whom we are buying or supplying goods and services. Logistics management is part of all levels of planning and execution as strategic, operational and tactical. It is an integrating function, which coordinates all logistics activities, as well as integrates logistics activities with other functions including marketing, sales manufacturing, finance, and information technology.

13 OUR POLICY & APPROACH The Logistics policy applies irrespective of other delivery conditions and is an integral part of the agreement. Upon non observance of this logistics policy, the supplier can be charged with accrued additional costs and/or be held liable for losses of any kind. The logistics policy includes logistics management, which is the governance of supply chain functions. Logistics management activities typically include inbound and outbound transportation management, fleet management, warehousing, materials handling, order fulfillment, logistics network design, inventory management, supply/demand planning, and management of third party logistics services providers. To varying degrees, the logistics function also includes customer service, sourcing and procurement, production planning and scheduling, packaging and assembly. For the supply chain to be effective in a multichannel operation, it is necessary for management to meet four goals: Increased efficiency Improved customer service Increased sales Improved relationships
