3 Humanitarian Aid Main Objective: Prevent and alleviate human suffering caused by armed conflicts and/or natural disasters, responding immediately to the basic needs of the affected Specific : Reduce the vulnerability of those affected by disasters and/or armed conflicts by strengthening the capacity and supply of equipment and materials to the National Societies of Red Cross and Red Crescent in the affected country
