The cost of export customs clearance to BIH and Serbia is 190,00kn per shipment. The cost of export customs clearance to Switzerland and Norway is 270,00kn per shipment. For regular export, the accompanying documentation is made up of original invoices in 5 copies, a disposition for export and an EORI number certificate. For free export, the accompanying documentation is made up of original invoices in 5 copies, a disposition for export, an EORI number certificate and a statement for the customs office regarding free export. The invoice must be printed on the company's official memorandum and it must include: sender's EORI number, the re cipient's name, the recipient's address, contact phone number, description of goods, unit and total price, delivery terms (DAP parity place of delivery), gross weight, parcel number, countermark and the sender's signature and the preferential in case of goods originating from the EU. From all shipments, sent to or from Switzerland, should have information about UID number (identification number of Swiss company). UDI number must be indicated on all commercial documents (invoice, pro forma invoice, ). If the recipient or sender is private person, it is possible to use Ad hoc number CHE Channel Islands: regardless of the value of goods, for delivery to the Channel Islands export clearance is necessary (190,00 kn). SWITZERLAND: For collection request in Switzerland, the party must fill out the "CR SWITZERLAND- CLEARANCE FORM". 5 DPD PRICE LIST SERBIA: The 250,00kn fee per shipment will be charged for customs documents (export clearance). Upon the arrival of your shipment, you will be informed immediately and will be offered: Notice: Shipping services in the amount of 250,00 kn + VAT and warehousing lump sum fee of 50,00kn + VAT. In the case of 2 (two) customs clearance for 1 (one) shipment or regular+free import in the same shipment, we charge 50% of the cost of the shipping service for free import. The choice of other shipping agents - costs of paper buy-out at DPD are 120,00kn + VAT. Arrival notice is charged 30,00kn + VAT. Overcrowding within the Republic of Croatia - the cost is 147,00kn + VAT and is charged exclusively on the recipient's order if the invoice has no DAP parity (with the destination of the city of customs clearance) and the sender is not willing to pay for it. The cost of appointing up to four (4) tariff numbers are included in the shipping cost. Each subsequent appointment will be charged 11,00kn + VAT. The preparation of applications and other submissions: import and export: 45,00kn + VAT. Customs, tax, sanitary and market inspection are paid depending on the type of goods you are importing. If the collection request data is not correctly filled out, the expected delivery times are extended. In addition to a filled out collection request, the party must submit the invoice to accompany the shipment. The consignor (sender of goods) is obliged to prepare the original invoices which must contain the following: the exact address of the recipient, the phone number, the contact person, the description and specification of the goods in the parcel, the unit price and the total price, the EXW parity, the parcel number, gross and net weight, the sender's EORI number and the EORI number of the customer (consignor). The collection request is carried out the following business day after the submission of the collection request. For more information please visit: For the purposes of digitalization, better data transmission within the system, to speed up the process and simplify the sending of parcels, DPD enabled all of its clients to use web services for printing parcel labels free of charge. Accordingly, all customers refusing to use free web services will be additionally charged when using DPD MINI and MAXI parcel labels. For MINI parcel label manually filled out by DPD courier, additional amount of 10,00 kn will be charged for every manually filled out label, and for MAXI parcel labels additional amount of 5,00 kn will be charged for every MAXI parcel label. The sender has the sole responsibility to ensure adequate internal and external packaging.
