2 B Handling Rates AMS KLM Cargo warehouse 1 EXPORT: General applicable Export Handling charges for all products 1.1 Conditions for offering and receiving consignments Ready for Carriage (via Other Charge code FE): Per actual kg Costs in case of non compliance, if one or more conditions below are not full-filled: Minimum a. Before the offering of the consignment, the ground handler has received a correct and complete electronic Air Waybill (e-awb) (in accordance with the IATA TACT rules and the technical specifications IATA cargo IMP FWB) b. The consignment is offered together with the Air Waybill (except e-freight), ACN-receipt, ACN pass and is compliant with all customs formalities for exports or re-exports. c. The consignment is offered palletized in one lot on the floor of the shed or at the back of the delivery vehicle. Exception: the consignment is a ULD and mentioned as such on the Air Waybill d. The consignment has to be delivered in such a way that it can be controlled that the number of pieces, the weight and all labels are in accordance with the Air Waybill. The consignment must also be controllable on damage and in accordance with the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations. e. The security status of the consignment is SPX or SCO in accordance with the current EU regulations NB. Note 2 Dogs and Cats accompanied by their owner are in principle excluded from EU inspection. Dogs and Cats transitting AMS with final destination outside EU are also excluded. Note 3 The EU Inspection fee is also applicable for shipments of pets with more than 5 animals per awb regardless the destination. Note 4 Countries within the EU: Austria, Germany, Spain, Ireland, Latvia, Portugal, Slovakia, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Malta, Romania, Czech Republic, UK, Bulgaria, Estonia, France, Lithuania, Netherlands, Sweden, Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovenia.
