2 1 Import: 1.1 Import Warehouse facility charges: 1.10 Import Warehouse facility charges LD3 DQF/FQF or similar size 10ft 16ft or 20ft Breakdown of shipper built unit on instruction of the forwarder Import warehouse facility charge (NON-ACN agents) Shipments will be invoiced against the ULD tariff if mentioned on the AWB and on the flight manifest as complete ULD s. Breakdown of these ULD s is not permitted in or on the premises of Swissport Cargo Services. 1.2 Import Express handling charges: (additional fee) 1.30 Express shipments till 1500 kg loose Fixed Shipments exceeding 1500 kg Express shipments per ULD Urgent shipments can be collected 3 hours after arrival of a passenger flight and 5 hours after arrival of a freighter flight. Urgent shipments must be requested by to AMS.DutyManager@swissport.com and CargoOffice.Amsterdam@swissport.com at least 6 hours prior to scheduled time of arrival. If due to operational reasons this can not be accomplished, Swissport Cargo Services has the right to refuse the request of express handling. 1.3 Import Additional charges: 1.40 Bank shipments Human remains Charges collect fee 5% of CC amount Trade Reg. Mentioned in electronic messages c. On request of airline ***The definition of dangerous goods is: all items mentioned in the IATA DGR with either a UN or ID number. Dangerous goods class 1 and class 6.2 must be collected within 6 hours. After 6 hours the goods will be transferred to another location to be stored. The cost of the transfer will be charged at cost plus an accounting surcharge of 10%. ****The cost for this activity will be charged at cost price plus an accounting surcharge of 10% and upon request. Upon receiving such request Swissport Cargo Services will view such images and advise the requesting customer of its findings. The contents of such advice shall always be subjected to Swissport International Ltd. Corporate legal and governance considerations. In case where Swissport Cargo Services is clearly to be held responsible for mishandling, the cost for viewing the CCTV images shall not be invoiced to the carrier. 10 On all services provided by Swissport Cargo Services Netherlands BV, the Handling Charges tariff will be applicable as from the 1 st of January of each calendar year. The handling charges are applicable for building T11 & T9 located at Anchoragelaan 30 and 36, 1118 LD, Schiphol South East. Payment Terms are 14 days from the invoice date. By accepting any shipment handled Swissport Cargo Services Netherlands B.V. through T11 and T9 as from the 1 st of January of each calendar year, the receiving agent (forwarder) automatically agrees and accepts this handling tariff. The tariff list can be provided on request and is published at by selecting the Netherlands and than Cargo. Swissport Cargo Services Netherlands BV reserves the right to change above pricing during the calendar year, if the circumstances so merit.
