In the event of external factors such as compliance to new regulations, unforeseen market conditions and developments that impact the current cost of operations etc, a surcharge will be imposed on the existing rates schedule. Overtime & any other charges which are not included in this quotation will be considered as incidental, and if applicable will be billed to you accordingly. Courex reserves the right to destroy/ Dispose the goods if it is remained uncollected by the merchants after the 30 Days or due to unpaid payment. Merchants are to provide its own packaging material and envelopes or can purchase from Courex. The merchants shall maintain, at its own expense, insurance or any form of coverage against fire, and allied perils, and any other risks deemed necessary on their own products while the depositor goods are stored in Courex Pte Ltd premise. Courex Pte Ltd liability for any form of loss as a result of willful negligence or missing products stored in the warehouse shall not exceed a sum computed at the rate of $ 300/- per 1,000 kilogram of the gross weight of the goods (or prorated in accordance with the gross weight of the goods), whichever is lesser subject to a maximum liability of $2,000 per claim. Courex Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any loss due to wear & tear, decolourisation, damage, humidity or howsoever caused. Where it is not possible to examine fully the receiving goods, Courex Pte Ltd shall receive the goods base on supplier s declaration on the bill of receipt "prima facie" and such receipt shall be deemed acceptable by the depositor unless given in writing by the depositor to do a 100% verification & count. Computation of one cubic meter is equivalent to 200 kg and vice versa Rubbish Disposal of bulky industrial waste is the responsibility of the depositor and reimbursed to if such disposal is arranged by for on the depositor behalf.

If we does,it will be considered as remote area delivery and rate will be charge accordingly to remote area fee as shown in table above. 3. Our maximum liability for lost parcel is $ Pickup Timeslot is Mon-Friday. (excluding PH) 9am-1pm and 2pm-6pm and Delivery Time Slot is Mon to Sat 9am-1pm, 2pm-6pm and 6pm-10pm. Cut of time for same day pickup is booking made before 1pm. Booking made after 1pm will be pickup the next working day and delivering the following day. 5.
