This modular designed line has the most compact footprint in its product range while granting the highest flexibility in production applications and it can be integrated with different IMA Safe cartoning models.

5 IMA SAFE CARTONERS IMA Safe is the leader in the design and manufacturing of integrated blister packaging lines where the connection between blister machine and cartoner plays a key role in assuring production efficiency. Thanks to this expertise, C360 can be fully integrated with several IMA SAFE cartoners, which cover a wide range of output speeds, while maintaining a compact and elegant design. EFFICIENT Size changeover operations are rapid and reproducible thanks to the servodrives installed and controlled from the operator interface. High-performance feeders. Precise thermoformed film advancement, even when characteristics of materials used change. COMPACT The C360 is the most compact deep draw thermoforming machine in its range, also taking into account the space needed for loading and unloading materials and components. The overall dimensions are also reduced by the modular concept used in the machine design and by the use of robotised systems, particularly in the cartoner connection area. ERGONOMIC & USER FRIENDLY The C360 has been designed entirely at the service of the operator. This machine is not only highly productive but also has the advantage of being extremely safe and quiet. Downtime is kept to a minimum, size changeover and cleaning are performed quickly and easily and can be carried out by a single operator from the front of the machine. From forming to stacking and throughout the cartoning phases, the entire production process is easily monitored by a single operator. All packaging materials are easily loaded from the front of the machine. OPERATOR INTERFACE The operator interface is the same as that on IMA Safe blister packaging machines and has been designed to fully meet operator requirements. A computer touch screen, with colour monitor and graphical user interface, enables easy and intuitive management of the machine s production and status. The computerised system manages the filling control, bar code reader, OCV, and OCR which are completely integrated into the single HMI. Production data and statistics, troubleshooting, including changeover instructions, maintenance and manuals can also be obtained through the HMI screen.

These courses allow the customer s staff to operate the machine, maintain it in perfect working condition and explain how to carry out troubleshooting procedures in the easiest and fastest possible way. IMA can also provide course on improving O.E.E. and increasing production levels which are very important objectives in the pharmaceutical industry. To guarantee fast and efficient assistance and support, RSA Remote Service Assistance, enables IMA to provide support via modem and via tele-video conference. RSA enables an immediate analysis of the machine s status and working condition and can be of particular use in case if problems occur.
