2 BEFORE CONNECTING AND USING THE PROJECTOR, IT IS IMPORTANT TO READ CAREFULLY ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS IN THIS MANUAL. The power unit (LED POWER RGB) can drive up to 8 projectors RGB. Storage The projector, in its original packing, must be kept in covered, dry areas with a temperature between 10 C and +50 C. Attention, the projector will be damaged during the unpacking. Admissible environmental conditions The projector was engineered and produced to function in outdoor areas with an air temperature ranging between -20 and +30 C and with a humidity level between 30 and 90%. When choosing the installation, please make sure that the device is not exposed to extreme heat or in small area. If the projector is installed in hot area, led life is decreased. Installation The projector was engineered and produced to function in water (not salt water or icy) up to 3 meter depth, with a water temperature between -10 and +30 C. Make a hole of 145mm of diameter and deep 200mm to recess the plastic box. 2

4 Connection This projector is supplied with 10 meters cable; 4m in the box for maintenance purposes with projector outside the water and 6m cable outside to reach the power box or connections box placed far from the water). Connect the projectors to the power supply or the others projectors being careful to the cable colours, mistakes can burn LEDs. The projectors and LEDs connection is in series. See the drawing below. The colour cables are (+) positive; the white cable stripes cables are (-) negative. The IN of the first projector and the OUT of the last one are connected to the power supply in different ways. Be careful to the polarity shown as follow. Example of 3 projectors and 1 power supply (Led Power). LED COLOUR WIRE (+) WIRE (-) RED red white / red GREEN green white / green BLUE blue white / blue Cable wiring Led Power RGB uses RJ45 panel connector to drive LEDs. It is necessary to connect the projectors cable with RJ45 connector cables, see the drawing below for crimping sequences. ATTENTION!!! Disconnect mains before any works on wiring and do not disconnect or connect the LEDs if powered, it could damage the equipment. 3

Power supply Disconnect mains power supply before any operations. Do not power the projector with a dimmer circuit When in doubt, consult a qualified electrician. Connect the projector to the power unit (LED POWER RGB) or to the other projectors, max. 8 projectors. Spare parts When ordering spare parts for the projector remember to mention the model and serial number of the projector. Call your area dealer or feel free to contact the manufacturer for any additional assistance. The improper use of this projector, cancel the guarantee and our responsibility.
