14 Terms & Conditions Prices All prices shown are excluding VAT. Delivery All orders over 500 excluding VAT are delivered free to England and Wales. Orders under 500 excluding VAT will be subject to a 50 carriage charge and we may part deliver your order. Scotland postcodes prefixed with a KW, HS, IV, PA and PH (except PH1-19 = 55) are price on application. *Oversize items may incur an additional charge. We offer ground floor only palletised deliveries to the nearest single point undercover - please specify if you require an alternative delivery method (additional fees may apply) Bespoke delivery and installation services are available subject to separate quotation. Where you have requested an unsupervised delivery, we shall accept no responsibility for loss or damage however caused. We reserve the right to charge for failed deliveries due to any delivery restrictions. If the establishment is not open during holiday periods or has specified terms, please state when ordering. Unless notified we shall assume delivery is possible between 8.30am and 4.30pm. Goods stored for over 7 days due to failed/inability to deliver goods will be charged storage at 10 per pallet per day. Where a delivery is refused due to inability to accept the goods at the time, we reserve the right to make a carriage charge of 45 + VAT plus a handling charge of up to 50% of the order value (ex VAT) or 15, whichever is the greater to cover refusal and redelivery charges. Any time or date provided is an estimate only and Proform Furniture will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage incurred due to delivery delays. Although every effort will be made to fulfil delivery dates, no liability arising from delay due to any other party is accepted by Proform Furniture. We advise you to order early especially in busy summer periods to avoid disappointment. Contact names and numbers for schools must be supplied in the holidays to prevent possible delays in your order being delivered. Returns Policy Goods should not be returned without prior written authorisation and completion of returns form with photographic evidence where applicable. All authorised returns will only be accepted if unused and in original packaging. Notification must be made within 48 hours of delivery. All of our products are made to order, and can only be returned if they are faulty, not for any other reason, except as set out in the paragraph below. All goods are made to order. Under no circumstances will we accept made to order goods back which have been ordered in error / no longer required (as a reason for collection), to a monetary value over 500 (ex VAT). Orders below a value of 500, where agreed for return, will incur a re-stocking fee of 50% (ex VAT) of order value and must be in a saleable condition and in original packaging. A carriage charge of excluding vat will apply, if goods are not in original packaging there will be an additional charge to repackage & palletise. Goods that are faulty where an item is faulty or damaged, we reserve the right to repair or replace. If this is not possible, a credit will be issued. Faults do not include damage occurred through malicious or improper use. Improper use constitutes use outside of the products intended design. Any goods will be assessed by our Quality Assurance Team before repair/replace or return and credit is agreed. If we find no fault with the item, then no credit will be issued and in this instance we reserve the right to charge a handling fee of 50% of the value plus a carriage charge +VAT. Proform Furniture product guarantee relates to the quality, durability and relative fitness for purpose. *Non-standard products of any value are non-returnable unless otherwise agreed by a Director of Proform Furniture. Samples Samples are available upon request. Please sales@proformeurope.co.uk with your requirements along with a delivery address, contact name and contact number. A 50% charge will apply for samples plus carriage costs. Samples are non-returnable and dependant on stock levels may take longer in peak order periods. Product Variations All of our products are constantly monitored for quality and safety and tested to BSEN 1729 parts 1 and 2 where identified. As a result, products may be resourced to maintain the highest standards and we reserve the right to amend the specification of any product. If the specification featured is critical, please contact us for clarification. Pricing Prices are valid from 1st April 2017 until 31st March All prices published by Proform Furniture are in sterling and correct at the time of going to press. We reserve the right to amend the prices of any product or offer within our catalogue and on-line store without prior notification. Due to the current economic climate, if there are excessive raw material cost increases, including fuel, or exchange rate fluctuations beyond our control, we reserve the right to amend prices, including delivery charges. You will be advised of any increase before your order is accepted. All pricing and quotations are given in writing and it is company policy not to provide this information over the telephone. Unless stated, all prices quoted do not include assembly, installation or VAT. All prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate at time of despatch. New accounts and payment All new accounts need to complete a credit application request and once approved orders can be accepted. The first order will always be issued on a pro forma basis. Larger orders will be invoiced according to the following payment terms unless otherwise agreed by a Director of Proform Furniture. Orders over 5,000 and under 45,000 nett - 50% payment with order and 70% due 30 days nett monthly. Orders over 45,000 nett - 50% payment with order, 30% payment due prior to dispatch and 20% due 30 days nett monthly. Please do not dispose of your old furniture until your new furniture has been delivered. * Prices correct at the time of printing (April 2017).
