1 FedEx Global Third-Party Regions For Payers in Effective June 18, 2012 Overview FedEx global third-party pricing provides the rates in dollar for international shipments of which the freight cost is to be paid by a third party in. It covers shipments with the air waybill indicating the 'Bill Third-Party' payment option that are from non- origins to non- destinations and the freight cost paid by a customer. How to Calculate the charges for FedEx Global Third-Party Shipments 1. For your FedEx global third-party shipment, find the region for origin and destination countries in the tables below. The same step applies for determining origin and destination region. 2. Using the zone chart on page 3, find the origin region in the vertical listing and find the destination region in the horizontal listing. The letter listed in the intersection is your list-rate zone. 3. Determine your total shipment weight. 4. Choose the service you wish to use. For FedEx International Priority Freight and FedEx International Economy Freight, determine your service option (door-to-door, drop-off, hold-at-location, or drop-off and hold-at-location). 5. Find the rate for your zone, service and weight combination using the rate tables on page For fees and other nontransportation charges, please refer to the Surcharge and Other Information section on page for details. Example For a shipment with origin country France and destination country the United States: 1. Find the regions for France and United States in the origin/ destination region chart below - France is region - The United States is region OA 2. Find the zone that corresponds to origin and destination regions in the zone chart on page 3. - Origin to Destination OA = Zone M 3. The package weighs 10 kg. 4. The service is FedEx International Priority. 5.
