13 Work Templates Work Templates are identified by the different work order types. Defines each step the transaction needs to go through to complete the work. Work Classes defines which menu option in the mobile device Work pools organize work into groups Custom work types allows users to define customized work steps Work priorities default priorities for work templates useful for system directed work

14 Location Directives Allows strategies to be defined for where items should be picked from, where items should be put and actions for moving work.
