3 Strengthening the Value Chain Rittal s TS IT Dynaload Rack arrives at the offsite integrator on a special shock absorbing, torque preventing pallet, ready for build-out and rapid deployment, saving time and labor costs every step of the way. The TS IT Dynaload Rack maintains the unmatched strength and craftsmanship the market has come to expect of Rittal, featuring6-fold vertical sections, 9-fold horizontal sections and 9-inch rails fastened directly to the frame. Plus, open ventilation accounts for 85% of the perforated area, taking advantage of room climate control and maximizing air flow. Unpack. Upon arrival, integrators will find that the packaging is economical, practical and reusable. Heavy-duty castors and the reinforced ramp design make for a seamless, safe and fast transition from the shipping dock to the work area. Build. The multifunctional roof is also far superior to solid alternatives; slotted roof cut outs with brush tips combined with accessories allow for more cable access and ease of installation while a center cut out makes installing roof-mounted fans a snap. Repack. Once configured, reusable packaging and an easy-secure system make preparing the rack for delivery just as easy as receiving the TS IT Dynaload. The included ramp, designed with rails that prevent the rack from sliding, robust castors, easy-to-use leveling legs, multi-purpose brackets and a load rating of 2500 lbs make securing the rack for shipment easy and worry free simply repack and relax. To ensure the rack arrives at its destination in the same condition it leaves the shop, this shipping system with its shock-absorbing pallet has been designed to the International Safe Transit Association s (ISTA) standards, and is UL certified.
