2 ABOUT US Captain s Freight Services was established in Dubai, United Arab Emirates in From its humble beginning with three people, today it has truly evolved as an organization with a team of more than a hundred logistics professionals providing comprehensive services internationally. The trust and patronage of our customers has helped us to expand our operations with five purpose built warehouses and offices in Dubai. Also, to fulfill the need of being near to our customers, and providing them service excellence, we ve opened an office with full warehousing and logistics operations in Hong Kong. With our dedicated teams working endlessly to provide the most cost effective and optimum solutions to our customers, we are now an integral part of their supply chain process. Our on time, zero defects handling of the logistics of mobile phones including high value computers and cameras have already earned us a name of Captain in the industry. The encouragement we received for our services and commitment from our customers has motivated us to explore new ways to serve them with our focus on research and development. 10 WAREHOUSING We operate from purpose built dedicated warehouses, with high end warehousing facilities, employing skilled and trained warehousing teams to manage and act as a logistics consultants. These warehouses are the hub of our operations and provide a comprehensive supply chain solutions matching to our customers needs. We maintain transparency and keep our operation efficient and lenient that brings sustainable value to your products in our close supervision. Our Warehousing Operations include: Five warehouses in Dubai, two each in Dubai Airport Free Zone and Al Garhoud and state of the art new warehouse in Dubai World Central, Logistic city covering more than 200,000 sq. ft. Area One warehouse in Hong Kong Forklift and man-lift facilities including all types of storage and safe packing with professional setup of interlocking and racking systems Two loading and unloading yards Direct cross stuffing facilities Facilities to hold 20 and 40 containers for stuffing Special facilities for warehousing of mobile phones and computers All warehouses are monitored with CCTV cameras All warehouses are insured with reputed insurance company PAGE 9
