All the equipments have their own user's manual which includes the list of spare parts for 2000, 4000 or 8000 working hours. Preventive Maintenance: in order to ensure the high efficiency of the machines over time, it is necessary to perform preventive maintenance and to incorporate certain spare elements for the pieces most subjected to wear. AND&OR offers its clients yearly maintenance contracts for its units. These contracts include a visit by a specialized technician, fine tuning and replacement of certain spares, as well as periodic servicing if required. Upgrades and Adaptations: The constant technological evolution of the machinery and the growing need of the market to modify products (containers, covers, handles, packing material) calls for adaptations to new formats, updates and improvements of the machinery that AND&OR has on the market. For this purpose, the service department is in constant contact with clients to study and provide counsel on the adaptations needed in each case. Our models can be pneumatic, motorized and servomotorized. ACUMMULATION TABLES AND&OR's accumulation systems guarantee the uninterrupted running of the bottling line in a reduced space in order to maximize production efficiency. We offer different models for PET and HDPE bottles, filled or empty. 18 DEPALLETIZERS AND&OR has machinery for the depalletization of containers made in plastic (PET or PE), metal (tins) and glass. These equipments are modular units that allow a degree of automation in accordance with customer specific needs: input conveyors for filled pallets, empty pallet warehouse, automatic cardboard tray/interlayer/film removal, etc. For plastic bottles, a Palletizer/Depalletizer system, avoids the use of silos or unscramblers, meaning an important saving in space and installation investment. 19 AND&OR 18 I 19 DEBAGGERS Towards the traditional tray packing, bagging is becoming today a more and more popular way of bottle packing. Bagging avoids bottle's contamination from contact with cardboard trays or any other. To guarantee the hygiene in the products is especially important in the food, pharmaceutical or cosmetic industries. AND&OR offers automatic bagging and debagging systems for glass and PET/HDPE bottles, avoiding contamination of products and any possible human manipulation of the bottles from the blowing to the filling. Extra systems can be added depending on customer specific automation needs: Bags depalletizer, automatic interlayer removal, pallet conveyors, empty pallet warehouse, bottle's unscrambler, launching tables, etc. DBM-CL SERIES: Automatic debagger for plastic bottles. AND&OR manufactures automatic baggers especially designed to allow an easy and automatic debag by an AND&OR debagger. Having closed the circle, AND&OR tries to make things easy to both, the blow molding and bottling industries. AND&OR debagger does not disarrange bottles when opening the bag. Thus, bottles can be positioned into the bottling line with no need of a unscrambler.
