Reservations must be made by 9/22/17 to receive the special rate. You are advised to make your bookings directly with the Hotel by clicking a link below: Room without breakfast Room with breakfast TRANSPORTATION Transportation is not provided by the hotel from the airport, however, there will be a taxi service with CWWA signage that you should see upon departing the airport to arrange taxi to the hotel. WALK WITH CASH, the airport/taxi s do not accept credit cards. Approximate cost for taxi is $30USD. Southex can be contact directly and all exhibitors will work independently with Southex for additional services to enhance your exhibiting experience. The information provided within is for informational purposes only, please confirm all details directly with the Customs Broker, Southex. All in-country shipments, you are also advised to coordinate with Southex for tracking & receiving. All materials received will be delivered to and stored by GWI and delivered to the hotel beginning at 8am October 16th and placed in the appropriate booth location as indicated on your documents. 1. Fees for brokerage will apply and can be explained further by the Southex Representative. Each client is responsible for payment of their invoice - Freight, Brokerage, and any applicable Duties/VAT. Client is responsible for any charges incurred for importation/exportation of their cargo. CWWA CANNOT GUARANTEE THE WAIVER OF DUTIES AND VAT BY GUYANA CUSTOMS BUT THE CONFERENCE ORGANIZERS ARE WORKING ON THIS. EXHIBITORS WILL BE ADVISED IN GOOD TIME. 5. All event participants are encourage to complete and return the Participant Travel Form that is attached within. The CWWA is working to smooth the customs clearing process upon entry into Guyana. It will also be helpful to have attendee hotel reservation information on hand, should there be any confusion during the high-volume of persons checking simultaneously. 4 EXHIBIT BOOTH PREPARATION SERVICES Southex, the official exhibition vendor for the Caribbean Water & Wastewater Association's Annual Conference & Exhibition in Guyana, is offering exhibit booth preparation services, to include full color printing of booth panels & marketing collateral. Graphics will be affixed to the booth backdrop before your arrival and printed materials will be waiting for you in your assigned booth. Requirements for artwork are outlined below. The CWWA will assist to facilitate your request, however the organization makes no claim or responsibility for the services rendered.
