2 INVITATION TO BID Emergency Response Trailer FOR THREE COUNTIES (DPR 7 PROJECT EVENT SUPPORT TRAILERS) Bids shall be due no later than 4:00 pm Friday, April 21st, 2017 at Cleveland County Finance & Purchasing Dept, 311 East Marion St, PO Box 1210 Shelby NC Attn: Kim Ogle. 3 SPECIFICATIONS It is the intention of these specifications to set forth the requirements and conditions for Event Support Trailers (3 complete trailers). The contractor shall perform the required services in all areas of the bid and shall be qualified to furnish a complete and efficient Event Support Trailer, including all labor, supervision, and requested equipment secured to trailers. The enclosed specifications are the minimum requirements to furnish a completed Event Support Trailer. Payment: Payment will be made after service is completed and trailers are delivered.
