Company profile HASSIA-REDATRON packaging machines are well known for primary packaging of products in the form of fluids, pastes and powders, using flexible packaging materials. They are in use worldwide for packaging food, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals household cleaner and chemical products. HASSIA-REDATRON s engineering expertise is augmented by our comprehensive knowledge of the processes and characteristics surrounding the products to be packaged. These competencies and the machines in our technical division enable us to perform the necessary test runs with our customers products. This ensures that the optimum packaging machine concept is found to support customers in their decisions. Where primary packaging bags are concerned, HASSIA-REDATRON has already created an exhaustive variety of bags. Approx. 50 different types of bag or designs have been produced already. Tubular bags are also increasingly used for secondary packaging as well. Since its founding in 1973, the HASSIA-REDATRON company has been manufacturing vertical tubular bagging machines and associated dosing systems. All the machines are individually configured to customer specifications and feature state-of-the-art servo technology to meet the high standards required by our customers. More than machines have to date been delivered to our customers, where they have been in operation for many years. Our current range of machines is also well established with many multinational customers. Our sachet machines are designed to package products with volumes from 3 to 300 ml, the StickPack machines package products ranging from 1 to 100 ml and the wide range of tubular bagging machines package from 50 g to 50 kg. HASSIA-REDATRON has reliable and highperformance dosing systems for primary product packaging. They are also CIP and SIP capable for handling foodstuffs and other products in liquid or paste form. The entire product flow in the dosing system and the machine can therefore be reliably cleaned.
