28 Welcome to Pottery MFG on line Order Forms The Master Order Form has all of the catalog items in all categories. Delete any rows that have no entry. Make sure your name is on this form. If there are any price changes we will send back your form with highlighted corrections that you can save to your Master. Once you download make sure to Enable Editing and save as your Master order form. Lastly, you can scroll through Master Order Form, delete product that you do not order and create your Own personal Order Form for future us. How to use our Order Forms Open your Master and save as a new order IE: Date or PO # In column B enter quantities next item # in column A Note extended prices carry to Column F Scroll to bottom of page to add comments or instructions in text box Now that you have entered everything you want to order, scroll to top of the page and click the small button on top of column B for small drop down menu (Step 1) Scroll down to search and UNCHECK box blanks (Step 2) Click OK Step 3 Choose your preferred Retail Pricing and delete other two columns (Highlight Columns & Delete) (Step 4) Your order is now ready to send. Highlight form & set print area and Save as new file Did need to add on or delete? Simply click button over B column and check Blanks and page will expand again. 29 PMD TERMS & CONDITIONS Orders Office will fax or you a copy of your order to sign and fax back to confirm your order. You order will not be processed until we receive your confirmation. Order will be cancelled if it is not confirmed within 7 days. Once order is confirmed, you have 3 days to call in an add-on. Please allow 7-10 days for packing and delivery. Minimum order for Terms is $ plus shipping cost. Deliveries- Local: Wholesale delivery is provided within a 135 mile shipping radius from Gardena. Call x2 for scheduling and additional information. Sia, in our Shipping Department, will call your place of business prior to delivery. If monies are currently due, we can either pick up a check on delivery or wait until payment is received before delivering. Shipping- Northern California and Out of State: We will ship the best and most economical way using our discretion. Charges arising from a request by the customer for special services or special equipment requirements such as lift gate, extra labor, etc. are available at extra cost. Freight is C.O.D. NO TERMS. Cancellations & Returns A cancellation charge of 15% will be billed on orders cancelled after packing on pallets. All Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 25%. Breakages and damaged pots are to be reported to the accounting department in the office within 7 days of delivery. The office can be reached at x6. Sales Associates are NOT authorized to replace or issue any credit notes. Credit notes are only extended to accounts who fall outside of the 135 shipping radius. Accounts that fall within that radius, damaged and broken product will be picked up and exchanged. Terms- With credit approval, we offer terms of Net 30. With credit approval and advance arrangements, we will provide Credit Card Auto Payment with terms with no convenience fee. There will be a 3% late fee applied on invoices past due. Any past due invoice with terms paid with a credit card not qualified for Auto Pay will carry a 2% convenience fee. All discounts are applicable on designated terms only. Lead time- We will require a 6-8 week lead time on pots 20 and larger if we do not have in inventory. Website- When viewing our website click on any image of a pot you like and a window will come up with all sizes and specs. You are able to copy and paste this information to send to your customer base, with no mention of our name. When you go to Wholesale Log In you can download all price lists, complete UPC Codes with several columns of different retail pricing structures. There you will also be able to download our priced catalog as well. Showroom Our 15,000 sq. foot showroom and warehouse is open Monday through Saturday 8 a.m. 5 p.m., and Sunday 10 a.m. 4 p.m. We have a great selection of our signature manufactured line to our exclusive lucky dip selection of imported pottery from all over the world. $100 minimum for will call Pick-Up.
