Moorfeed - A Division of EAS Manufacturing A Better Work Environment

HISTORY OF MOORFEED Moore Equipment was originally founded in 1944, and along with the invention and development of the heli arc feeder bowl in 1954, the name was changed to Moorfeed. Over the next 40 years, Moorfeed would continue to grow, changing with the times and eventually becoming recognized as the largest feeder bowl producer in the country. Known for its precision and quality, in the early 1990 s Moorfeed was recognized as a leader in the industry. In 2010, Executive Management Services (a nationwide facility services company) cofounded Executive Automation Services (EAS). The following year, EAS acquired Moorfeed Parts and Automation. Since its purchase in 2011, Moorfeed has tripled in size and currently holds 15 unique patents. In order to accommodate its continued growth and expansion, Moorfeed relocated to a new 20,000 square foot facility in June of YEARS IN THE MAKING

MOORFEED ON THE MOVE Moorfeed s brand new facility is located at 4162 North EMS Blvd. Greenfield, IN Our new space allows for continued growth and expansion of our workforce. The skill of feeder bowl design and assembly is just that, a skill. We are constantly investing in new talent and with nearly 1,000 years of experience in our shop, we are able to foster a hands-on learning environment unlike any other in the industry. PLANNING FOR THE FUTURE.

THE TYPICAL MOORFEED SYSTEM Moorfeed vibratory and centrifugal bowls are the hearts of our industry-leading parts feeding placement systems. Moorfeed storage bins, hoppers and elevators control part levels in bowls for optimum feed rates. Bulk storage allows unattended operation, lower operator load height and improved performance and safety. Complete Moorfeed Systems include vibratory bowls, vibratory inline, gravity track orienting and feeding to customer s assembly system. NOBODY DOES BOWLS BETTER.

THE TYPICAL MOORFEED SYSTEM Centrifugal bowls are a Moorfeed core competency - and something many of our competitors do not offer. The orienting elevator eliminates the need for vibratory bowl, saving floorspace and reducing cost of system. Vibratory, gravity and air tracks, conveyors, gage rolls and blow tubes deliver oriented parts to your specified point of use.
