5 Create Driver Prfile Yu must create yur driver befre the driver can lgin! Creating drivers T create a new driver g t persnnel / fleet frm the main menu and select the Setup New Cmpany r Setup New Sub Cntractr Driver Driver Qualificatin & Data Driver s phne number must be entered n the driver qualificatin page fr the driver t be able t lgin int the Axis TMS App. Please cmplete the prfile setup cmpletely thrugh step 5 and assure the driver is set t Active. Link t App Upn successfully creating a prfile, yur driver will receive a text message t dwnlad the applicatin. SMS Turn On / Off On dispatch f an rder the driver will receive an autmatic text message ntifying the driver t check the Axis TMS Pr mbile app fr rder details and instructins. i. 7 App Lgin and Requirements Requirements befre yu can use the Axis TMS Pr App Driver Lgin 1. Open the Axis TMS Pr applicatin n yur mbile device 2. Enter yur carrier MC number 3. Enter yur phne number (this must match the driver prfile phne number) 4. If this is the first-time lgging in yu will receive a temprary pin sent via text message. 5. Enter in yur temprary PIN 6. 10 Active Orders & Acceptance Accepting rders frm the mbile app Active Orders Once a driver has been assigned t an rder, the rder will appear n Active Orders sectin f the hme page. Starting an Order The driver must click Start n the rder they wish t start. Drivers can start multiple rders (we advise that a driver has ne rder dispatched after an rder t keep track f empty miles crrectly.) Updating an Order T update an rder select update n the rder yu wish t update. i. 14 ELD Cnfigure ELD prvider 1. First cnfigure yur ELD Prvider frm the Add-On Mdule Page web end a. Select ELD Prvider (If yu d nt see yur ELD prvider listed, please cntact and ur implementatin team will create a ticket t get yu started) b. Enter Fleet ID 2. When a driver launches the ELD linked app frm the main menu, the ELD app will autmatically pen nce crrectly cnfigured frm the add-n mdules. 3. 15 Update Status Change availability status and hk/unhk trailer 1. When updating yur status, yu can set yurself available r nt available. a. Status changes reflect n the Web Truck Mnitr page. b. T set yurself ff duty select set t ff duty. When selecting ff duty yu can fill ut when and where yu will be available next. This allws the Dispatch Department t knw yur next availability. This can be seen n the Truck Mnitr page frm the Web Dashbard. 2. Update Trailer Hked r Unhked Status a. Unhk Current Trailer b. Hk Trailer frm Available Unhked List. 16 Dcument Scanning Scan dcuments frm mbile t web dcument inbx 1. Click n dcument scanning frm the mbile app hme page and select scan dcument 2. Take a picture f yur dcument (wrks best if yu are a 10 r s inches away frm the dcument s yu can see the whle dcument in the frame) 3. Crp ut the dcument if necessary and if yu need t add mre pages, select add mre pages r click next. 4. Select the rder number and type f dcument. (If n rder assigned select nne) 5. Click Send t Cmpany r Send by Fax a. If Send t Cmpany, the dcument will be transmitted t the Web Dcument Inbx. b. If Send by Fax, enter the fax number yu wish t fax t and the transmissin will deliver the fax t that fax number. Any fax failures will be received via t the carrier cmpany main address.
