In most cases, within just a few hours. Thanks to product records dating back decades, BPW can even produce replacement parts for older generations of axles. And if a replacement can no longer be produced, in most cases we are able to offer the customer a suitable alternative.

Identical means that the parts are produced from exactly the same materials by the same manufacturing processes. A spare part is considered useful and effective only if it fits and can be obtained quickly without passing through numerous hands. Continuously refined over a period of decades, our logistics concept is aligned specifically with the needs of the parts trade. Every day, BPW genuine spare parts are shipped all over the world from a central warehouse offering more than 12,000 m² of floor space and holding an inventory of all regular components for immediate delivery. When processing orders, we not only optimise container sizes, but also pack each consignment individually and separately for each order even to resist seawater if required. Our efforts ensure that the goods reach the customer without being damaged and as quickly as possible. In especially urgent cases, we can of course also provide an express or overnight service (depending on the region). Our target is to deliver any regular spare part even a complete axle to the customer (within Europe) within two weeks of receiving the order. Dealers can therefore depend on the availability of BPW parts.
