The Customer shall be charged only for the net weight actually shipped. Our standard Weight Tolerance is: Customer Order Weight Tolerance (%) 1000# and under +80%, -20% More than 1000# and less than 2000# +60%, -20% Over 2000# +/- 40% It is acceptable to substitute metal materials to fill Customer orders long as the following conditions are met: a) the material is considered to be a better than grade and type, and meets or exceeds the physical and test property requirements of the Customer ordered material, and b) the Customer's order does not specify that substitute material can not be used When a Customer specifies a specific set of standards, the Customer standards shall be used. The customer specification will be added as an appendix to this document as required After receiving training to these documents and criteria, inspector and fabrication/assembly personnel shall use this Workmanship Standards Manual as needed to prepare or assemble product, and judge acceptability. 4.2 Rework/Repair When products are reworked, they shall be re-examined in accordance with the Workmanship Standards specified in paragraphs 4.1 and 4.2 of this document All rework and repair dispositions shall be handled in accordance with ATS-QAP-1005, Nonconforming Material System.
