2 Location & general information Big Sky Golf Course Center Stage in Town Center Park is located at the corner of Ousel Falls Rd and Aspen Leaf Drive in the Big Sky Town Center, Big Sky, Montana. Town Center Park is a turf grass area 250 x 250 in size, with an adjacent gravel parking lot and hundreds of paved parking in the vicinity. The park was built with seating in mind. Center Stage is easily accessible for the band and production crew with a ramp to unload equipment from a vehicle. The stage is 25 x 25 with ample height for lighting, screens and other accessories for any performance. More detailed dimensions can be found on the following page. Town Center Park and Center Stage are available for weddings, festivals, concerts, sporting events, family reunions and just about anything else you can dream up! Equipment can be unloaded onto stage via ramp with no steps to maneuver. There is a 600a 240/120v single-phase electrical service at Center Stage that distributes power to all the receptacles in the lawn area, on the light poles, and in the ceiling of Center Stage. (See page 6 for details). 3

The undersigned accepts all risk and liability for and on behalf of myself and those attending the event, and shall indemnify and hold harmless to the fullest extent of the law Simkins Holdings, LLC, the Town Center Owners Association, Inc., and Gallatin County from any and all claims, suits, or actions arising out of any damage sustained as a result of the permitted event and furthermore agree to take full responsibility for the conduct of the function, including, but not limited to, seeing that all laws, ordinances, and regulations are obeyed by those in attendance; and that the park is left in a safe, sanitary and clean condition and will follow all Park Rules and Restrictions(see back page). The undersigned agrees to comply with all conditions of approval as required by the Gallatin County Planning and Zoning Commission, as shown on the Park Rules and Restrictions 1-7 (see back page). Any changes to the Park Reservation Application will require a new application to be submitted and approved. 8. ( or or ) Rules & Restrictions: Town Center Park & Center Stage Initials of Responsible Party Verifying Compliance with the approved Conditional Use Permit 1. No event, including setup for that event, shall start prior to 8 AM and all events shall end prior to 11 PM, with an additional 2 hour period following the event allowed for cleanup and tear-down. Exceptions may be granted by TCOA at its discretion on a case-by-case basis, and noted as such on copies of the application provided to the County, and to the police and fire authorities. 2. If any goods, services, food, or alcoholic beverages are offered at the event, copies of all necessary permitting required authorizing the provision of said goods, services, food, and beverages must be provided prior to approval of this Park Reservation Application. 3. Event organizers are required to meet all aspects of the parking, traffic flow, and pedestrian crossing plan, including directional signage, parking space marking, and pedestrian access in accordance with the attached parking plan. 4. Event organizers shall identify an individual (Responsible Party) who shall be in attendance at the proposed event who shall be responsible for ensuring that the parking plan is adhered to, that event attendees behave appropriately, and has contact information for the Gallatin County Sheriff ( ext. 2) and the Big Sky Fire Department ( ) should a situation arise requiring additional support. 5. Event organizers shall provide one outhouse or portable restroom per 100 people expected to attend, as identified on this Park Reservation Application. Event organizers must present either a service contract for existing outhouses, to ensure that outhouses are serviced after an event, or a contract ensuring that outhouses will be provided and removed for the planned event. 6. The number of people in attendance at any event is limited to that number which complies with the parking spaces available as required by Section g of the Gallatin Canyon/Big Sky Zoning Regulations, or as amended. 7. Site clean-up is the responsibility of the event organizer. The site shall be left in a safe, sanitary and clean condition following all events. It is unlawful to: 8. Have dogs or other pets in the park; 9. Have glass containers in the park; 10. Mark, deface, disfigure, tamper with, displace or remove any park property, improvements, etc.; 11. Construct or erect any building or structure of any kind; 12. Damage, cut, carve, mark, transplant or remove any tree or shrub; 13. Possess or bring fireworks into the park, or cause fireworks to be ignited or exploded in the park, except as may be approved by the Town Center Owners Assoc., Inc.; 14. Practice golf with real golf balls; 15. Drive, operate, or park any vehicle or trailer on park lands or trails except as authorized by the Town Center Owners Association, Inc.; 16. Litter, or failure to deposit litter in provided garbage receptacles. Where receptacles are not provided, all such waste shall be carried away from the park by the person responsible for its presence, and properly disposed of elsewhere; 17. Have amplified sound on Sundays, except as may be approved by the Town Center Owners Assoc.; 18. Paint trees/bushes or impervious surfaces. Only approved water-based turf paint can be used on turf, and only chalk or tape can be used as marking on impervious surfaces. 5

This power is distributed in three distinct panels: a disconnect LABLED: FUTURE (200a Circuit Breaker) a disconnect LABLED: TRAILER PANEL (fused disconnect capable of fuses up to 100a the disconnect has 80 fuses) a Cutler Hammer CH Distribution Panel LABLED: SERVICE PANEL with a few spaces available This panel is the lawn power, primarily single phase receptacles This panel has a spare 2 Pole 60a Two Pole breaker in it There is a 200a Cutler Hammer CH Distribution Panel LABLED: STAGE POWER located in the right hand (west) wooden storage boxes on Center Stage (left side of box). This Panel feeds a number of dedicated 20a circuits in a white electrical panel- LABLED: STAGE OUT- LETS in the left-hand wooden storage box on the West Side on Center Stage: 16 Dedicated Circuit 20a Duplex Receptacles GFI 3 Dedicated Circuit 120v 20a Twist Lock Receptacles All the receptacles in the lawn area, on the light pole(s), and in the ceiling of Center Stage, and located on the electrical distribution board are dedicated 20a circuits. For the most part, these dedicated receptacles are GFI protected to comply with National Electrical Code. 6
