2 Welcome EXHIBITOR INFORMATION Drayage colors are Blue and Silver Enclosed you will find the information you need to sign up for the North Central 2012 Propane Industry Conference and Trade Show. This bi-annual convention is hosted by the Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota Propane Associations. The convention will be held at the in La Crosse, Wisconsin. Who Exhibits? The North Central 2012 Conference and Trade Show invites companies who provide goods and services to the propane industry in the upper mid-west. Where? On the banks of the Mississippi River, the La Crosse Center is designed to provide an excellent experience for exhibitors and attendees alike. Owned and operated by the City of La Crosse, the Center has become a familiar landmark of the community in the heart of downtown. It has proudly established itself as the setting for many shows and exciting events. For those exhibitors interested in bringing tanker trucks or bobtail trucks, please call for specifications for those vehicles. If in the opinion of the Convention Committee a both setup is in conflict with another exhibitor, the committee will make the final determination on the setup. Non exhibiting suppliers who wish to participate in the activities will be invoiced separately. BOOTH SPECIFICATIONS All booths are 10 X 10. Each contains back and side curtains and an exhibitor nameplate. one 8 foot skirted table, two padded folding chairs and one 110 volt electrical outlet. EXHIBIT SPACE RESERVATIONS Enclosed is a floor plan for the and a contract form for the exhibit space. This year we have arranged for 54 booth spaces and 12 truck spaces. There is no limit of booths per company and two free exhibitor badges will be given per company with a maximum of 4 free badges regardless of the number of booths. Any additional badges will be billed. All booths will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Booth spaces will be assigned by date of receipt of the signed contract and check via return mail, express mail, overnight mail or by fax accompanied by a qualifying Visa or MasterCard. Space cannot be blocked out by fax with-out proper payment.

3 To make your booth reservation, select three booth choices, complete the enclosed Exhibit Space Contract and return to: Minnesota Propane Association PO Box 220 PAYMENT/REFUND: Booths must be paid in full to reserve space. Refunds before April 15 th, 2012 will be in full. After April 15 th, 2012 refunds will be made only if space is resold. EXIBITOR SERVICES KITS: Each exhibitor will receive an exhibitor service kit approximately 45 days prior to the show. Included in the kit will be forms for ordering booth furnishings, electricity and shipping. SHIPPING INFORMATION: The Exhibitor permits the to handle the unloading, delivery to the booth, reloading and processing of freight shipments made to the exposition as described on the bill of lading. All shipments must be prepaid. Please advise all persons in charge of your exhibits of how and when shipments were made. This will help in tracking missing or delayed shipments. The will not accept freight prior to May 17, Shipments arriving early will be refused or diverted to a warehouse, in which case there will be a charge for warehousing plus an additional delivery charge by the trucking company. UTILITIES: Electrical service is available to all booths. However, if you require heavy usage of electricity please write that on the contract so that we assign the space in an area that can handle the usage. Water is available in certain areas please indicate if needed on the contract. 4 TRADESHOW FLOOR Below you will see the tentative layout of the North Central 2012 Propane Industry Conference and Trade Show floor plan. Depending on the number of booths and or truck spaces reserved, the layout may change before the trade show begins. Booths and truck spaces will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. A completed registration form with payment must be sent to reserve your space. Please mark your preferred space/s with a 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice
