Preamble and Instructions An Interconnection Customer who requests a Qualified Facility interconnection must submit this Interconnection Request by hand delivery, mail, , or fax to the Cooperative. Processing Fee or Deposit: If the Interconnection Request is submitted to be evaluated under a Fast Track Process, the nonrefundable processing fee is $250. If the Interconnection Request is submitted under the Study Process, whether a new submission or an Interconnection Request that did not pass the Fast Track Process, the Interconnection Customer shall submit to the Cooperative a deposit of $1,000.

This is additional to Transmission Provider required Site Control Documentation reasonably demonstrating:(1) ownership of, a leasehold interest in, or a right to develop a site for the purpose of constructing the Generating Facility; (2) an option to purchase or acquire a leasehold site for such purpose; or (3) an exclusivity or other business relationship between Interconnection Customer and the entity having the right to sell, lease or grant Interconnection Customer the right to possess or occupy a site for such purpose.
