Timed deliveries are perfect for fresh produce and perishable items, as well as time-sensitive consignments such as travel documents and medical supplies. Items are scanned directly into transportation cages for accuracy and security. Security service This freight is identified with security labels and is sealed into separate cages throughout trunking transportation A dedicated, segregated sort for security freight under high definition CCTV Items are scanned and tracked at every stage for traceability and peace of mind Increased liability cover available on selected products (for an additional charge) Records of security service freight are retained for at least 12 months. Fragile service Dedicated hand sort section Fragile freight is segregated into separate cages for sortation Identified as fragile at every stage No liquids. Liquid service Dedicated hand sort section Liquid freight is segregated into separate cages for sortation Identified as liquid at every stage. All services can be upgraded using premium timed and Saturday service options.

International We have an international network that extends across the globe from Afghanistan to Zimbabwe. You can book all international freight through your APC depot. Our experienced team has a thorough knowledge of export rules and regulations, and we will always calculate the quickest, safest and most economical method for your requirements. 9 *Urgent parcels can be delivered to your customers before 9am in Belfast city centre and alternative timed delivery options are available throughout Northern Ireland. A before 12pm service is available in Dublin County; a two day service for the remainder of the Republic of Ireland. A two day service option is available to Herm, Sark and Alderney.

6 10 Delivering for your business 11 Getting started Products There are five easy steps to take when opening an account with your APC depot. You take the first, then leave the rest to us. Open an account by contacting your APC depot. Our team will advise you on pricing and all of our services We ll assign you to an account manager and agree a collection time and start date with you We ll set up your software integration, enabling automated delivery bookings and remote printing of labels and manifests, using your order management and warehouse systems. Data is entered only once and used throughout the process, saving you time and money Once your account is open, we ll show you how our technology gives you real time information on the progress of your delivery, how to track deliveries online and check who has signed for your parcels Then, we ll schedule a review to ensure everything is going smoothly.
