Bryce By entering Holden's Elizabeth site each person agrees to the conditions of entry and all health and safety requirements. Failure to comply with these conditions of entry may result in the individual or group being refused entry to the site, or asked to leave immediately. For safety and security reasons, all persons accessing the Site must: General a) Access via the security gate on the attached map. b) Conduct themselves in a manner which does not endanger the health and safety of other persons on site, and which does not create a risk to health and safety. c) Comply with requests and direction given by site representative and obey all signs and warnings d) Provide appropriate proof of identity to access the site e) Be aware that by entering the premises they may be subject to a security check on entry/exit f) Not remove property belonging to GM Holden from the premises without proper authority g) Not bring alcohol, drugs or firearms on site h) Not smoke whilst on site i) Not bring children under the age of 16 to the site j) Not bring animals on site with the exception of guide/assistance dogs k) Follow site representative instructions in the event of an emergency to the designated assembly point l) Contact site representative or phone and state the nature of the emergency and your location in the case of an incident or medical emergency m) Be aware that there is to be no unauthorised photography Moving Equipment / Pedestrian Safety n) Be aware that there is moving equipment and vehicles on site o) Remain on designated pathways and remain in roped off areas. p) Be aware that floor surfaces are uneven and imperfect and must remain vigilant whilst on site for slips trips and falls. q) Obey all signs around the site Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) r) Be aware appropriate footwear is required at all times. Shoes must be fully enclosed. Open toe shoes, sandals and spike high heels are prohibited. Bryce By entering Holden's Elizabeth site each person agrees to the conditions of entry and all health and safety requirements. Failure to comply with these conditions of entry may result in the individual or group being refused entry to the site, or asked to leave immediately. Please note if appropriate footwear is not worn, entry will be denied u) Be aware items shall not be touched or handled, if required please consult agent s representative v) Be aware that there shall be no climbing on, or operating of machinery, plant, equipment Loading w) Wait for site personnel to arrange for items on the loadout advice to be loaded to your vehicle. x) Stay in their vehicle unless assisting in loading of item into vehicle or fixing loads to trailers or commercial vehicle. y) All loads must be tied down with the appropriate tie down equipment to the satisfaction of site management and complies with State Transport requirements (e.g. Load Restraint Guide) z) As per South Australian WHS regulatory requirements, uncontrolled exposure to an open fall hazard will not be allowed while performing loading or tie down activity. If accessing any elevated position on the vehicle used for item pick up, the use of an engineering control e.g. loading platform, platform ladder, restraint system etc will be required. 5 Post Auction bid confirmation and payment Pickup Process for Auction # A successful bid notification will be sent to you from Liquidity Services Global solutions. 2. From My Account select Invoices & payments click on Event Id and click to download the invoice. 3. Pay for items either by bank transfer or credit card. Provide your invoice number as reference. (Payment instructions at bottom of invoice requiring Bidder number and description are for US customers and do not fit within the 18 characters available on Australian Banking sites.) 4. Once financial transactions have cleared, allow at least two (2) business days, then a paid in full invoice. Site map and entry form will be available via online auction page. Schedule a pickup time for small Lots 5. Once you have received your paid in full invoice then arrange for a scheduled pickup time with liquidity services through the contact below. Liquidity Services customer and reference Auction Event # If a person other than buyer is to pick up your Auction items, then advise full details of the person(s) who will be attending the pick up when booking the pick-up. Turn up at your scheduled pickup time at Gate shown on site map. You may not gain entry if you are earlier than your assigned pickup time. Note: You vehicle MUST be roadworthy as per Road traffic regulations. Unroadworthy vehicle will NOT be permitted on site and may be checked by Security prior to entry. 7. At gate, if required wait in holding area until your turn to enter site. (All pickups are by vehicle or truck only, no walk in pickups are permitted) 8. Present your paid in full invoice to Security and signed entry form for access. Have proof of ID available. Demonstrate you have tie down rope/strap as required. REMINDER: Ties Down Straps MUST be compliant and safe. Worn or damages straps or ropes will NOT be allowed. 9. Proceed to pick up point inside the plant, as directed by security, where a Liquidity services agent will arrange for your items to be loaded to your vehicle or Truck. Export compliance and Hazard reports are to be signed as required before items will be allowed to leave site. 10. Secure your load using tie down ropes/straps you have bought with you. 11. Load security will be checked by site management and if OK you will be provided a Gate release to exit site with collected item(s) otherwise you will be asked to resecure the load until acceptable. Schedule an appointment where removal plan is required 12. Once you have received a paid in full invoice then arrange an appointment with liquidity services and the site representative to coordinate removal for large items requiring a removal plan. 10 GOINDUSTRY DOVEBID BIDDING INSTRUCTIONS GMH Event Link: FIND YOUR ITEM 1. From the homepage (or in the event calendar or via the search facility), click the name of the auction/asset in which you are interested. 2. On the Event Details page, Find and click on an item on which you want to place a bid. 3. On the Asset Detail page. Enter a bid price and click "Place Bid". Example Lot, only LOGIN/CREATE AN ACCOUNT 4. Create an account (if you are not already logged in or do not already have one). 5. Enter a valid credit card if prompted. Bidders using Debit Cards must ensure funds are available to ensure use Note: Your credit card will not be charged, but an amount (displayed on that page) will be held for a period of several days to a month, as determined by your bank. The authorized amount is used to confirm your address and the validity of the credit card.

11 SUBMIT BID 6. Each time you place an online bid, you must - Review it (lot details, terms and conditions of the event etc.), enter your account password, and submit it. Bids are not placed until they are submitted from this page. NOTE: Some items have reserve prices. After placing the bid, read the Comment on the "Bid Result " page to know if the bid is higher than the reserve. Items lower than the reserve may not be sold. Bids are not accepted until you complete this step. NOTE: Bidding within the final minutes of a lot closing will result in the close time being extended for that lot. MY ACCOUNT 7. The My Account section contains information on the assets on which you are watching and bidding. Go-Dove.com has several advanced features to help you bid quickly and remain informed. These include searching and sorting, customized equipment watch lists, and bid histories. WATCHLIST AND CURRENT BIDS 8. After adding assets to your Watchlist from the Asset Detail page - Click "My Account" in the top menu. You will then have the ability to view your "Watchlist", "Current Bids", etc. AUCTION INVOICES Within 24 hours of the sale closing, successful bidders will be issued an invoice for lots which have met reserve. Invoices, Sale Notifications etc will be issued through the bidders My Account option. Bidders must log into their account and view My Account for sale updates, invoices etc. --END--
