Please read the information carefully. Orders must be submitted by January 22, 2018 to receive advance order pricing and to ensure a smoother Home Show. Below is your Home Show To Do List: 1. Lancaster Event Center (LEC) Order - Exhibitors have the convenience of ordering the following via an online portal: Electrical Service Wireless Internet Access Natural Gas Service - DEADLINE for gas service is December 26, 2017! AAA Order - Please submit the enclosed AAA Order Form to AAA for the following: Table & Chairs (Each exhibitor will receive one skirted table and two chairs at no additional charge if ordered prior to January 22, 2018.) 2 Nebraska Builders Home & Garden Show February 9-11, 2018 Pavilion 1 and 4 Exhibitor Passes & Admit One Tickets Several weeks before the Home Show you will be sent: Six (6) Exhibitor Wristbands to be re-used each day. Staff will be at the exhibitor entrance located on the south end of the Event Center and will not allow anyone into the building without a wristband. It is the exhibitor s responsibility to distribute wristbands to those individuals working in their booth. Additional wristbands are available for $4.00 each and must be purchased in advance from HBAL. Ten (10) Admit One Tickets to give to your clients. Exhibitors who contract for greater than a 10 x 10 space can request additional Admit One tickets at no charge based on the following equation: 10 tickets for the first 10 x 10 space plus 2 tickets for each additional 10 x 10 space Once that amount is reached, additional tickets are available for $4.00 each. Additional Pass/Ticket Order - This form must be received by January 5, 2018! AAA Rents, Inc. will not be responsible for damage to uncrated materials or those improperly packed, any concealed damage, loss or theft after they have been delivered to the booth or before they have been picked up for loading from the Exhibit Hall. The maximum liability is.30 cents per pound per article. At the close of show where carriers fail to pick up or refuse to accept shipments, AAA Rents, Inc., reserves the right to re-route shipments. Where no disposition is provided, material may be hauled to our warehouse pending advice from the Exhibitor who will be charged accordingly for this service.
