2 Mahatma Mandir Convention Centre (MMCC) Sealed quotations are invited under two quote system (Technical Quote and Financial Quote) from reputed and experienced parties for the following work: Name of the Work Quotation for Purchase of materials and Hiring of machinery for Housekeeping at Mahatma Mandir and Helipad Exhibition Ground, Gandhinagar. Notice No IEB/MM/PC/2017/2 Date: October 25, 2017 Notice Submission Cost EMD Nil Nil The rate contract shall be valid initially Up to and Contract Period the indextb reserves the right to curtail or to extend the validity of contract on the same rates and terms and conditions for such period as may be agreed to, but not beyond one year. The performance of the contractor will be reviewed periodically. Issue of Notice The Notice document can be downloaded from the website Submission / Receipt of Notice Pre-Quote Meeting Opening of Notice (Technical Quote & Financial Quote) Up to 15:00 hrs. on November 15, 2017 at Industrial Extension Bureau, Block No.18, 2nd Floor, Udhyog Bhavan, Sector 11, Gandhinagar 12:30 hrs on November 01, 2017 for clarifications of queries, if any at above mentioned address. Part A Technical Quote The technical Notice documents shall be opened on the same day, i.e. November 15, 2017 at 15:30 hrs. in the presence of authorized representatives of the quoteders. Eligibility Criteria Envelope A should contain a) This sealed envelope should have superscription - Quotation for Purchase of materials and Hiring of machinery for Housekeeping - PART A (Technical Quote) b) Copy of Shop and Establishment registration for last one year as on c) Copy of Registration under GST d) Copy of PAN Card e) Technical Quote with all relevant signed documents as mentioned in Terms and Conditions Envelope B should contain only Financial Quote. Seal the envelope with superscription NOTICE FOR Quotation for Purchase of materials and Hiring of machinery for Housekeeping - PART B. Financial Quote will be evaluated separately for annexure A & B. Financial quote should mention only prices in the stipulated format without any condition. The prices shall be filled up both in figures and in words and the total amount shall be calculated and rounded off to the nearest rupee. No overwriting or use of correction fluid shall be accepted. B. Amendment of documents inviting quotes a) At any time prior to the last date for receipt of Quotes, indextb, may, for any reason, whether at its own initiative or in response to a clarification requested by the Quoteders, modify the documents by issuing an addendum/corrigendum. Any such amendment issued along with the original Notice document will constitute Revised Notice. b) The addendum/corrigendum will be uploaded on indextb website. The Quoteders are requested to visit the website frequently to check for any amendments. c) indextb may at any time during the Noticeing process but before opening the technical quote request the Quoteders to submit revised Technical / Commercial Quotes and/or Supplementary Commercial Quotes, in case of change in Scope of Work, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Quoteder or Quoteders. C. General Conditions 1. Notices received after the stipulated date and time shall not be entertained under any circumstances whatsoever. indextb shall not be liable for any postal delays what so ever. Conditional Notices shall not be entertained. 2. The Notice shall remain valid and open for acceptance for a period of 180 days from the last date of submission of Notice.

4 3. Financial quotes of only the technically qualified quoteders will be opened for evaluation. The qualified quoteders may choose be present during the financial quotes opening process. 4. Conditional quotes will also be summarily rejected 5. The quote of any quoteder who has not complied with one or more of the conditions will be summarily rejected 6. indextb is not bound to accept the lowest or any quote and may at any time by giving notice in writing to the quoteders or by publishing on the website, terminate the Noticeing process. 7. Should possess all statutory requirement such as GST No, labour license, PF, PAN card etc. The responsibility of obtaining all required documents should be of the quoteder. 8. indextb may terminate the contract without assigning any cause by giving onemonth notice in writing. However, the notice period may be extended by mutual agreement till alternate arrangements are made. Further, any pending or unresolved service, function, task, performance, unpaid fees and any other remedies shall continue by both the parties during the period of termination notice and the same must be satisfied before this agreement is terminated. ****
