2 Shipping Line Standard Tariff for Berth 20 GENERAL All charges are stated in US Dollars. Any items not covered by this tariff must be agreed in writing between both parties prior service is provided by ICTSI 1. General Services This fee is charged as per regulations from General Company for ports of Iraq (GCPI) as per the GCPI Standard Tariff. The present charge is IQD 750 per Metric tonne for import & IQD 500 per Metric tonne for export and converted with the current exchange rate to. 2. 3 4. Storage All storage charges for full containers, import or export, are for the consignees. Only transhipment, if any, would be billable to the shipping line as per the consignee standard tariff. Containers for Public Auction Abandoned containers will be auctioned after 90 days and for food stuff after 60 days Any containers destined for Auction in accordance with the Port Regulations, then the Shipping Line Agrees to pay all outstanding terminal charges relating to movements, storage and all associated costs of this container. 15.Payments Invoices will be raised to the Line in accordance to this Tariff 16.General ICTSI shall not be liable for any costs, losses, expenses, delays, expenses etc. due to any delay in berthing or sailing of the vessel caused for any reason outside the terminal control including but not limited to natural events, Port Authority or other Government Bodies, statutory clearances, etc. ICTSI reserves the right to amend this tariff due to unforeseen events that seriously affect the cost of operation, that are out of ICTSI control, including but not limited to introduction of new taxes, surcharges, increase of any existing taxes, and other unexpected price increases.
