To consent to the proposal of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine regarding the indexation of tariffs (rates) for carriage of freight by rail and related services, in a period from 1 April until 30 June 2005, in amounts pursuant to an Addendum. 2. By the 1 st of May 2005, the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine must provide proposals regarding improvements to the system for the tariff regulation of carriage of freight by rail to the Interdepartmental Commission for Monitoring of Impact of Tariff Policies upon the Economy pursued in the Area of Railway Transportation.
