2 Pallet Pull-Out Unit Pallet Pull-Out Units Floor or beam mounted Pull-Out Units Universal units that can be mounted onto beams Special dimension pallets can be catered for All loads are based on uniformly distributed pallet loads For convenience these universal units can be mounted onto beams or directly to the floor, preventing the operator having to continually bend down. Ideal for the lean manufacturing or lineside production environments. Optimised picking You no longer need to remove items from their original pallets, goods can be stored on the Pull-Out Unit and picked by hand directly from the racking. Releasing the safety catch and pulling on the unit s handle results in the pallet and it's goods being brought out of the rack into the aisle, making them accessible from three sides for hand picking. Load capacities of up to 1000kg and a pallet pull out distance of between 55% and 100% are possible depending upon the exact specification of the unit. Options available: Floor or beam mounted Euro or CHEP pallets in both orientations Bases for pallets or loose boxes Custom designs on request Finished in blue RAL 5010 as standard, other colours available on request. 02

3 Floor model Beam model Upright model The floor model stands on feet which are bolted to the floor. This floor variant can save between cms in height compared to a solution where it runs on a beam attached to the floor. Can safely pick from heavy EUR pallets Load capacity: 650 kg Pull Out Distance: dependent on model Small items The beam model is installed onto the beam by using a bracket. In principle you can double the number of picking locations, if Pull Out units are installed on both the ground and first level. With this configuration a minimum of 2 picking levels can be achieved dependent on the height of goods. Load capacity: 650 kg Pull-Out Distance: dependent on model As this solution is installed into the uprights, this means that no beams are required, saving space and can achieve up to +4 levels depending on height of goods. Load capacity: 1000 kg Pull Out Distance: 100% These Pull-Out trays have a load capacity of 200 kg and pull-out capacity of 70 or 100%. Ideal for combining buffer storage on pallet racking and picking of smaller items at floor level. Fully utilises the height of the room. 8 References Harald Nyborg Denmark Constructor Denmark has supplied pull-out units for product picking in 4 newly built and two existing warehouses for Harald Nyborg. The new central storage facility of Harald Nyborg is situated in Odense and contains no less than 13 warehouses totalling over m 2. Harald Nyborg supplies 27 Danish stores, the Danish webshop and 10 stores in Sweden. On average 32 orders, each with 750 to 1,000 order lines, are picked every day. Meneta Advanced Shims Constructor manufactured a bespoke Pull-Out solution for the automotive sub-supplier Meneta Advanced Shims, providing free handling for heavy parts. After pulling out the shelf, a trolley is positioned alongside so as to transfer the tool onto the trolley, which is then taken to the production line.
