3 Our story Safer Storage Systems (SSS) has been providing industrial pallet racking and shelving solutions for warehouses and retailers throughout Australia for 11+ years. Originally developed as a second hand retailer, the business has since become a full service industrial storage provider with in-house design teams, industrial storage experts, project managers and major accounts team Key Achievements Opened our first Melbourne warehouse in Bayswater, stocking secondhand pallet racking products. Moved to a larger premises in Dandenong, and continued to expand the business offering and staff. Shareholder and management change with Matt Bell moving into the business full time. This included a restructure of our product offering, building on existing foundations and providing a larger range of services and applications. A new ERP system was introduced to allow efficient handling of business to consumer storage products creating the online business Sorted Storage Systems. Tony Bell moved into the business becoming an equal shareholder alongside Matt Bell. The Compact Solutions brand was created to enter the commercial and retail back of house racking market While working closely with a leading Australian retailer, we developed our own range of quality racking (SSS racking) that has been rigorously tested to ensure it meets current AS4084:2012 standards. Relocated to larger facility in Dandenong South to accommodate growth in all areas of the business - staff, customers, product range and stock requirements Acquired a warehouse in Queensland, along with more staff, to accommodate the growing demand for SSS products and services across the country. Launched Sorted Storage Systems, our online storage and office furniture shop Celebrated 10 years in business. Launched a 3PL service, and acquired a second Melborune warehouse to accommodate the additional storage requirements. Major accounts team introduced to manage repeat requirements of our customers. Secured an exclusive partnership with Mecalux - Automated Storage Systems & Shelving. Today Safer Storage Systems continues to build on our success by growing our team and broadening our product range and skill set.

9 SSS Racking Working with a premium steel storage manufacturer in China, Safer Storage Systems has developed a new range of quality racking materials - SSS Racking. Quality engineered with a premium steel manufacturer. Up to 25% more steel than other leading brands. Rigorously tested by an Australian certification facility. Safety compliant to the requirements of AS Stronger and more robust SSS Racking has been manufactured to contain more steel than some leading brands, which provides a more durable, long-term solution. SSS Beams are 50mm deep and tightly rolled together creating a higher tensile and stronger double layer of material on the top, bottom and the edges where it s needed. This additional layer helps to cope with any unintended load AS compliant SSS Racking has been tested and analysed in accordance with the requirements of Australian Standard AS An independent Consulting Engineer in association with a reputable Australian University has conducted physical testing of SSS Racking components. The testing has enabled the establishment of loading data that is used to undertake customised rack designs that conform to AS
