1 I) GENERAL NOTES DAY-OF LOGISTICS CHESTNUT HILL The Market will go on RAIN OR SHINE. Be prepared for the weather. No breakdowns until MARKET CLOSE AT 5 PM. If you have an emergency, you MUST call or text or come to the Clover info table so we can assess the situation and, if necessary, escort you & your vehicle out safely. ONLY ONE VENDOR VEHICLE AT A TIME the vendor areas to load in and load out. Please stage your vehicles accordingly, especially those sharing a space. VEHICLES W/TRAILERS WILL BE DIFFICULT TO NAVIGATE THROUGH THE TIGHT SELLER AREAS please bring only if absolutely necessary. Please theclovermarket@gmail.com with a heads up if you are bringing a trailer. TENT WEIGHTS are mandatory approx. 40 lbs/leg for safety. No weights = no tent, no exceptions. This is for everyone s safety & we will check during load-in. NO DOUBLE-PARKING (pulling up perpendicular to your spot to load or unload) at any time or spot as this will block other vehicles. Not even for just a minute. STAY WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES of your 10 x 10 (or 10 x 20 ) space. Inventory may be pulled out slightly (like 1-2 ) but OK it with your neighbor first. WORK COOPERATIVELY with your fellow vendors & our staff if any issues arise. No smoking in vendor areas, excessively loud music, etc. We strive to have a relaxed, positive atmosphere & appreciate everyone's help in doing the same. Please be considerate of the NEARBY NEIGHBORS in the homes on W. Highland Ave., especially during the early hours of the load in. MASS PRODUCED ITEMS, IMPORTS, CATALOG/WHOLESALE, COMMERCIALLY MADE PRODUCTS OR REPRODUCTIONS may be sold. Clover is strictly focused on handmade and antique/vintage items. PORTA POTTIES will be located in the main parking lot. II) CHECK IN There is a SINGLE VENDOR ENTRY at 25 W. Highland Ave. From Germantown Ave., turn onto Evergreen Ave., turn left onto Shawnee Ave. and another left onto Highland Ave. There is no entry gate at Germantown Ave. KNOW YOUR SPACE NUMBER when you check in and please be patient if there is a line! We ll get everyone in as fast as we can. The CHECK IN GATE WILL BE CLOSED AT 9:30 AM sharp- latecomers must park outside the vendor areas and walk in inventory.

2 III) VENDOR PARKING PARKING for all vehicles once you have unloaded is at the CHESTNUT HILL WEST STATION LOT (89 W. Evergreen Ave.) shown in yellow below. Parking is free here on Sunday. The actual Market location is highlighted in green (the parking lot address is 25 W. Highland Ave, Philadelphia). Entry gate shown is with the red star. IV) LOADING TIMES (vendors must stick to assigned times no early entry): Early bird load in for OVERSIZED VEHICLES (box trucks, U-Hauls, and all trailers) and ALL ANTIQUE DEALERS is from 6:45-7:45. At 7:45 all oversized vehicles must be moved and parked offsite when general load in begins. Setup can continue until 10 am. Load in for STANDARD vehicles (cars, trucks, minivans- anything that can fit into a standard parking spot) is from 7:45-9:30. All vehicles must be moved out of the vendor areas and parked at the Chestnut Hill West lot by 9:30 AM. Vendors must be set up and ready to go by 10 am. We will have customers walking around prior to the open but NO EARLY BIRD SALES or HOLDING ITEMS.

3 V) LOAD IN PROCESS 1. FOR OVERSIZED VEHICLES AND ANTIQUE DEALERS You may utilize ANY free spaces at or near your spot to unload during the 6:45-7:45 timeframe but driving lanes must be kept clear. Multiple vehicles may also be brought in during this early time. At 7:45 all vehicles must be moved out and parked in the CH West Station lot when general load in begins. Use this early bird time to drop off items quickly, THEN come back to set up your space. Bring adequate help. 2. FOR OTHER VENDORS IN THE MAIN LOT - UNLOAD, PARK, SET UP NO DOUBLE-PARKING next to spots during the 7:45-9:30 regular setup time PULL INTO YOUR SPACE head first, leaving room for your things towards the back of the spot, UNLOAD, THEN RETURN TO SET UP. ONE VEHICLE AT A TIME in the lot. You may bring in a second vehicle once the first has left the lot IF there is room in the open areas at the end of the parking lot. These will be first come first serve and are located at the far ends of the lot (near portable toilets and the back of the buildings at the end of the lot at Germantown Ave.)

4 VENDORS ON THE SIDE (along the line starting at space #94) can also unload from the MJ Test Prep parking lot at 14 W. Evergreen Ave (15 available temp. spaces - all vehicles MUST be moved by 10 AM). If you use this lot, please unload quickly and park your vehicle in the Chestnut Hill West lot so others can use it and do not block the alley leading to the neighboring homes at any time. WHEN EXITING THE LOT TO PARK at Chestnut Hill West Septa lot, make a RIGHT out of the parking lot, make a RIGHT onto Shawnee, and the lot is right in front of you. All vehicles must be removed from vendor areas and parked offsite by 9:30 am. 3. FOR OTHER VENDORS ON HIGHLAND AVE. - UNLOAD, PARK, SET UP NO DOUBLE-PARKING (pulling alongside your spot to load) at any time All vendors will need to carry items a short distance to your vehicle. Be sure to bring adequate help, handcarts, dollies, etc. We do not have staff to unload for you. Vendors on Highland have A FEW PLACES TO PARK/UNLOAD (see map p. 3):! Park and unload from the adjacent O REILLY/FOOD TRUCK LOT (first come, first serve - 27 spaces). This is temporary unload only and vehicles must be moved by 9 AM when the food trucks arrive here. When leaving, make a right and head to Germantown Ave. (do not double back to the entry gate).! Unload from Germantown Ave. This will be easiest for vendors at or near that end of the street so you don t have to even enter the vendor areas, especially if you are in an oversized vehicle. You must still park in CH West Lot no parking on Germantown Ave, especially in front of Kilian s Hardware.! Park and unload from the adjacent JOS. A BANK LOT (first come, first serve but only one vehicle per vendor). Be considerate and don t take more than one spot. Cars can be left here all day, but you will have to walk your items to your space and the first 20 marked spots belong to Berkshire Hathaway (temp unload only). Our preference is for you to park for the day at the Chestnut Hill West Lot. VI) HOW TO LOAD OUT The ENTRANCE AT 25 W. HIGHLAND WILL BE OPENED FOR STANDARD SIZED VEHICLES AT AROUND 5:20. OVERSIZED VEHICLES MUST WAIT UNTIL AFTER 5:45 PM TO ENTER (see details below). BE PATIENT there will be close to 100 people trying to leave at the same time. You may be better off packing up at a relaxed pace and waiting for a half hour or so until things clear out. You can also walk your items out if you are in a hurry. NO DOUBLE-PARKING anyplace, anytime. PACK UP ITEMS, CONSOLIDATE & BREAK DOWN TENTS before bringing vehicles into vendor areas to load up (there will not be room for your vehicle otherwise).

5 All vehicles must be PACKED UP AND LOADED OUT BY 6:30 PM & all entrances and roads will be opened back up to vehicle traffic. FOR VENDORS IN THE MAIN PARKING LOT: Pull in head first in the spot (as far as you are able), and load up. When leaving the lot, turn right to exit to Shawnee so you don t drive through the vendors on W. Highland. OVERSIZED VEHICLES MAY NOT RE-ENTER THE VENDOR AREAS UNTIL 5:45 PM WHEN THE AREAS HAVE CLEARED AND YOU HAVE ROOM TO PARK IN A SPACE OR SPACES WITHOUT BLOCKING TRAFFIC. Make sure there is room for your vehicle before you come to the gate. You can use any open spaces at adjacent vendors or the free spaces at each end of the main lot. Vehicles can also load out any adjacent street. We know everyone is anxious to get home, but we need your cooperation to not try to bring an oversized vehicle into an area without space. Secondary vehicles may only be brought in after the first vehicle has left the lot and you must be able to pull into your space to load or use adjacent free spaces if your neighbors have left. Do not block any traffic lanes. FOR VENDORS ON HIGHLAND AVENUE: If you parked in the JOS A BANK lot you will walk your items back to your vehicle and exit away from the vendor areas through the parking lot towards Gravers Lane. If you unloaded from the O REILLY LOT/FOOD AREA, you can bring one vehicle at a time back in to load up you will make a right out of the lot to exit to Germantown. Oversized vehicles on Highland Ave. should also wait until the vendor areas have cleared out so that you can pull into an adjacent free spot. No double-parking beside your spot to load out or the traffic lanes will be blocked. Vehicles can always unload from Germantown Ave or any adjacent street. Once done packing up, you will exit out to Germantown Ave (not doubling back through the vendor areas) Once vendor areas have cleared, you may also park in any adjacent vendor spot.
