3 COIL-FED LASER CUTTING A fiber laser cutting system fed by a coil, which combines all the advantages of fiber technology applied to laser cutting with those offered by the use of metal coils. DANOBAT tailor-makes each system in accordance with the specific needs and characteristics of each customer /application. The laser system cuts all types of parts continuously and automatically, thereby ensuring high levels of productivity and efficiency.

4 LASER High productivity fiber laser cutting machine, which offers major reductions in maintenance and consumables fix costs. The machine s working areas and generator power can be adjusted in accordance with customer needs. Moreover, DANOBAT s laser cutting solution can also be easily incorporated into an automatic line, and can be equipped with automatic storage, loading and unloading systems.

5 PUNCHING Our servo-electric punching machines offer maximum efficiency and minimum consumption, and can be fully automated and adapted to all production requirements. DANOBAT combines this punching technology with shearing and laser cutting processes, with the aim of enabling the product to be fully finished within a single system. Consequently, our punching machines are extremely efficient and highly productive, since they reduce maturation periods to a minimum and avoid unnecessary manipulation and the need for intermediate storage.

6 BENDING DANOBAT specialises in automatic bending, offering a machine that is both highly productive yet eminently flexible, thanks to its single tool concept. Its automatic blank holder change system makes it an ideal machine for short series, offering a high level of production flexibility. This concept renders it more precise than conventional bending machines, and less dependent on operator intervention.

7 FLEXIBLE LINES DANOBAT offers a wide variety of special and tailor-made solutions, combining and integrating different machines into a single system. This enables the formation of totally automatic lines capable of manufacturing a finished product directly from the raw material, without any operator intervention.
