5 Multi-depth and dynamic automatic storage systems Ferretto Group is able to provide solutions which enable exceptional exploitation of spaces and very high storage density: the dynamic flow-through gravityfed, UPB and satellite storage systems. The satellite system uses shuttles to place and pick the load units independently. In this way, a high number of pallets can be stored in depth on each single level, thereby optimising all available storage space. The flow-through gravity-fed system features aisles for sliding the load units on rollers. The gravity-fed store allows the stored material to be placed and picked according to FIFO (first in first out) logic.
