EMBASSY CARGO / DIPLOMATIC CARGO Embassy / Consulate endorsement on the Bs/L Letter (on embassy letter head) with delivery instructions i.e. to whom delivery should be given. IMPORTANT NOTE: ** In case of CFS consignment and / or SOC container: NO CONTAINER BOND PAPER UNDERTKING IS REQUIRED. 1 (b) Delivery Order Counter Timings Below timings will be observed for counter dealing throughout the year except the Holy month of Ramadan. REFUNDS CMA CGM Pakistan 2 (a) Documents for Refund of Security Deposits a) Original receipt of Security Deposit b) Original invoice of Security Deposit c) Original Security Deposit Claim issued along with the Delivery Order. d) Original EIRs e) Security deposit refund request on depositor s letter head along with one receiving copy. f) Receipt & Invoice copies of all advance rent if paid any. g) Other party letter if involved in advance rent payment. 2 (b) Refund Counter Timings Below timings will be observed for counter dealing throughout the year except the Holy month of Ramadan. Monday to Thursday Friday only 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM Refunds will be available for the collection after 10 calendar days of submission of full case. Under extra ordinary circumstances or in case of long holidays the timeline could be revised accordingly. Page 5

We hereby guarantee to return the empty container in days in the same sound condition as received by us from Karachi / QICT/PICT / KICT In case of any damage sustained the container by whatsoever during the time container is/are in our custody, we accept full responsibility for the same determined in a joint survey and/or survey carried out by carrier s surveyor. Further we also agree to make payment detention/rent for the container as per carrier detention charges as per line tariff. The amount of this guarantee is Rs. 200,000/ [Two Lac Rs.] per 20 and Rs: / [four Lac Rs] Per 40 Dry Van Container and Rs. 600,000/ [Six Lac Rs.] per 20 and Rs. 1200,000/ [Twelve Lac Rs.] Per 40 Reefer. In addition to the above, we also accept responsibility and agree to indemnify you against all costs, duty tax, fine or penalties if any imposed by the Port/ Custom Authorities due to our talking out the container form Karachi Port/ Q.I.C.T. and de stuffing at our premises. Notwithstanding any thing contained herein this guarantee is for an amount not exceeding Pak Rs. Plus Custom duty and penalty and container detention charges, if any as determined by you. We further undertake in case of consignee address is upcountry and consignee wants to de stuff Containers in Karachi, empty container will be returned within three days failing which container Placement charges will be paid. 7 3 (b) Annexure 2 DATED: LETTER OF INDEMNITY TO: CMA CGM Pakistan SUBJECT: Master Seaway B/L #: House Seaway B/L #: CONTAINER # : Reference above mentioned shipment; we would request CMA CGM Pakistan to release the goods against copy of Seaway House B/L without asking for original. Please note that no original House B/L has been issued and this shipment is on Sea Way House B/L terms. We being the consignee on CMA CGM Master Seaway B/L and Original consignee on above Seaway House B/L indemnify CMA CGM Pakistan. In consideration of your complying with our above request we hereby agree as follows : 1. On your first demand and without any justification, within 48 hours of demand, to indemnify you, your servants and agents and to hold all of you harmless in respect of any liability, loss or damage of whatsoever nature which you may sustain by reason of delivering the goods to above mentioned persons. 2. In the event of any proceedings being commenced against you or any of your servants or agents in connection with the delivery of the goods as aforesaid to provide you or them from time to time with sufficient funds to defend the same. 3. If the vessel or any other vessel or property belonging to you should be arrested or detained or if the arrest or detention thereof should be threatened, to provide on your first demand and without any justification within 48 hrs such bail or other security as may be to prevent such arrest or detention or to secure the release of such vessel or property and to indemnify you in respect of any loss, damage or expenses caused by such arrest or detention whether or not the same may be justified. 4. This indemnity shall be construed in accordance with French Laws and each and every person liable under this indemnity shall at your request submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Marseille.
