OEM Automatic, spol s r.o. markets and sells components for industrial automation and electronics, currently representing more than 30 leading suppliers and acting as their local sales organisation in the Czech Republic. Customers come from all sectors of industrial automation and electronics and include machine builders, control panel builders, system integrators and selected strategic distributors. OEM Automatic Czech Republic is a part of the OEM International group whose headquarters are in Tranås, Sweden. 12 Technical support a priority in our company Our sales engineers and product managers work with a limited range of products to enable them to become experts in their field and are available to visit customers at short notice. Sales representatives Because of our specialised business areas all of our sales staff are experts in their particular field. This enables them to really understand the products and applications and assist customers on site with selecting the right product. Product specialists Our product specialists and product managers have the deepest knowledge of the products and are responsible for product range development and day to day contact with our suppliers. They also provide technical support for sales and customer support staff.

14 Logistics in compliance with customer needs OEM Automatic Czech Republic has a warehouse in Zdiby therefore we are reliable, flexible and able to deliver products to our customers safely and on time. Reliability Our staff are in close contatct with our product specialist who can answer technical queries and application specific questions. We currently hold more than 6,000 articles in stock at our Zdiby warehouse and all orders received before 12:00 will be despatched same day. Individual arrangement By agreement with the customer we can hold certain products in stock and guarantee their 100% availability. Zdiby Products Area 600 m²

15 Central logistics in Sweden Tranås Products Area m² The Swedish logistics centre covers an area of square meters. The logistics centre has been designed according to modern requirements for ensuring quality and fast loading and unloading of goods. On this basis, it can provide logistics for OEM branches in Sweden and also for other subsidiaries in Europe. If the goods are in stock, we deliver within 4 working days.
