1 SINGLE PALLET INTERLEAF FEEDER Apiel prduces pallet interleaf feeder fr single bay r palletizing systems that psitin the interlayer, taken frm a single stck, n mre palletizing statins COLUMN PALLET INTERLEAF FEEDER The pallet interleaf feeder are realized in tw mdels: Clumn pallet interleaf feeder Clumn pallet interleaf feeder The figure shws an applicatin f a pallet interleaf feeder that picks up the interleaves frm a pallet and it depsits them n a pallet placed n a rller table. COLUMN PALLET INTERLEAF FEEDER 0-90 The gripping head with suctin cups is fixed t the end f an arm that can rtate 90 in the hrizntal plane. The arm mves vertically with a maximum strke f 3000mm.

2 A secnd articulated arm allws t prevent the rtatin f the gripping head, during the rtatin f the arm. The rtatin f the head can be perfrmed with a cylinder t achieve psitining slutins details. Features: High-perfrmance mdel with tw serv mtrs. The speed f mvement and psitining accuracies are high. Mdel with asynchrnus mtrs and inverters. 4 Interleaves warehuse Gripping element with suctin cups The clumn pallet interleaf feeder cnsists f a vertical clumn, tw arms and a gripping head f the interleaf. The pallet interleaf feeder engages the brim with 4 suctin cups, the user raises a fixed amunt and the dr int psitin abve the pallet. The flap is psitined ver the pallet cnstructin.. The pallet interleaf feeder can be equipped with electrical panel with PLC and peratr panel that allw yu t perate cmpletely independently. The cmmands are received by means f digital inputs: Start reset and start peratin Interleaf hking Put again the interleaf n the warehuse Put the interleaf n the pallet End f peratin and parking Stp machine The utput signals are: ready machine alarm in the machine stp interleaf psitining The system cnsists f the fllwing essential elements: Vertical clumn n which tw linear guides are munted, which runs n a cart. The carriage is mved by a servmtr Panasnic 750W munted n a gearbx Bnfiglili wrm. The travel speed is adjustable vertically via the peratr panel. The height f the clumn and the standard f 2935 mm and can be varied accrding t the needs f the custmer. The vertical strke is 2000mm standard. The pallet interleaves hking grup cnsists f a carriage with tw hinged arms supprting a gripping head. On the gripping head are munted 4 suctin cups, tw f which are munted n pneumatic cylinders t brwse thrugh the first aquifer frm belw while aviding mving mre f

5 a flap. The arms rtate up t 90 by means f a geared mtr, realizing a hrizntal translatin f the flaps up t 2260 mm. The head suctin prt can nt rtate during the translatin in such a way as t keep the flap parallel t its initial psitin. If the water table must be rtated 90, it is sufficient t mve the munting hle f the trque arm f the suctin plate. A pair f phtcells munted n the carriage allws t detect the psitin f the first pallet interleaf t hk and release psitin, in rder t have placements extremely fast. The grip assembly f grund is flating vertically t stp the machine in case f cntact with the pallet r the flaps. Electrical panel with PLC mdel CP1L-M40DT1-D and the Operatin Panel Omrn NQ3. The electrical panel als cntains the serv drives r inverters fr mdels with asynchrnus mtrs. The speed f the machine are settable by the panel. The gripping head f the flaps can rtate by means f a pneumatic cylinder t carry ut standard placements. COLUMN PALLET INTERLEAF FEEDER The gripping head with suctin cups is fixed t the end f an arm that can rtate 270 in the hrizntal plane; the axis f rtatin f the arm is aligned with the axis f the vertical clumn. The arm mves vertically with a maximum strke f 2000mm. With a kinematic chain, the rtatin f the arm arund the clumn invlves an identical rtatin f the head prt suckers: the interlayer therefre des nt rtate during the translatin in the hrizntal plane. The distance between the head cups hlder and rtatin axis arm can be fixed r mbile; This versin allws yu t psitin the pallet layer pads n multiple frmats, withut changing the psitin f the machine.

The mtr is equipped with a Panasnic serv mtr 400W. The shaft f the mtr arm is keyed a bevel gear with which a drive shaft inserted inside the arm, cmmands a secnd bevel gear which rtates the head suctin cups hlder. The tw bevel gear pairs, rtating the suctin cups hlder head in reverse relative t the arm, make that the dr suctin cups hlder dn t rtate respect t the clumn and cmpared t the utside wrld. The interlayer is placed n the pallet with the same rientatin f the warehuse interlayers.
