Up to 650 kg of cheese can be turned in one go. Lightweight, strong and safe Lighter than alternative materials such as stainless steel and wood, our 100% food contact guaranteed neutral material does not promote mold and does not kill useful bacteria. Strong: according to the model of crate the unit load can vary from 15 to 35kgs, on long term storage with almost no base deflection. Maintenance free and easy to clean: all surfaces are rounded and slanted, speeding the cleaning process and avoiding any dirt and water retention. The crates stay safe all along through their service life. Optimized use of cool chambers capacity Up to 1900kg of cheese per square meter stacking 2 full pallets on one. The special pallets developed for the crates 750 x 500 footprint allow full safety at over palletizing up to 6 meters high. Unique structure and design Internal pillars are located for each type and size of cheese: separating cheeses for maximized quality preservation, the crates are also fully compatible with automated miniload individual storage systems. Versatile wide range One common footprint for the standard range 750 x 500, 4 heights and 5 different internal pillar and structure configurations to meet the size and needs of all types of cheese from balls to bars. Special care to cheese and automation Unique base design: cheese friendly rounded ribs are similar in and out of the base allowing the boxes to be turned upside down with no damage and no difference in surface markings. Highly ventilated walls and base provide an excellent airflow for a perfect ripening process.
