1 2019 Electron Devices Technology and Manufacturing Conference (EDTM) Conference Venue: Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre, Singapore Date: March 12th to 15th, Sponsorship / Exhibition Package IEEE Electron Devices Technology and Manufacturing (EDTM) Conference will be held at Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre in Singapore from March 12th to 15th, Launched in 2017 in Toyama, Japan, and sponsored by the IEEE Electron Devices Society (EDS). EDTM is fast becoming a flagship conference of IEEE EDS in Asia, with expanded focus on Advanced Technology Manufacturing. In 2018, EDTM was successfully held in Kobe, Japan, and it was very well attended by more than 300 attendees and supported by over 40 companies. EDTM provides an unique forum to focus on research and development from leading universities and manufacturing companies worldwide on a broad range of device-related topics including materials, processes, devices, packaging, modeling, reliability, manufacturing, and yield. The conference location rotates among countries in Asia, coming to Singapore for the first time in We expect the 2019 conference will be well-attended by international and regional professionals from Semiconductor Industry leaders, research/ educational Institutions, and leading equipment and material suppliers worldwide (~400 participants). It provides an excellent opportunity for advertising your company s presence in the field. Logo on the official website and in the program book Applied to: All Sponsors logo will be placed on the EDTM2019 official website and in the program book. Allocation of logo placement in the same package will be decided by the EDTM2019 organizing committee. 2. Flyers insert into the conference bag Applied to : All Sponsorship package The company s flyer or pamphlet (A-4 size, 1 sheet) can be enclosed in the bags with the conference documents. Flyers (about 400 sheets) should be printed by each sponsor. Details such as delivery due date will be informed later in due course. 3. One 6ft x 1.5ft Draped Table 2. One Electrical Point (220V/13 Amps) 3. Six / Nine Poster Panels of approx. 2.2m height x 1.0m width 4. Two Chairs Only bench-top equipment is allowed. Package or material samples can be displayed along with brochures/product literature. Posters/Product literature can be displayed on the poster panel provided. Booth booking is subject to availability. Spaces will be confirmed upon receipt of the completed form and payment. Note that booth allocation is made on a first-come, first-served basis. 6 The rules and regulations printed on the reverse side hereof shall constitute part of this contract and the exhibitor agrees to abide and conform hereto. By signing below, the individual whose name appears on this contract represents that he/she is duly authorized to execute this binding contract on behalf of the named exhibitor. This contract shall not be binding unless and until accepted and approved in writing by the EDTM 2019 s duly authorized signature affixed below. RULES AND REGULATIONS for Exhibition 1) Qualification of Exhibitor: Exhibitor must be a manufacturer or independent representative of a manufacturer which produces products that conform to the subject matter covered in the technical program or that are used in relevant ancillary work (such as trade magazines or books, etc.) 2) Products and Services to be Exhibited: No exhibitor shall exhibit, or permit to be exhibited, in the space allotted to it any goods or services other than those that conform to the subject matter covered in the technical program, nor shall it exhibit, or permit to be exhibited, displays or advertises material of any sort, bearing any name or form of advertisement other than its own. 3) Space Usage and Allocation: The space applied for is to be used solely for the exhibitor whose name appears on the application and it is agreed that the applicant will not assign, sublet or apportion the whole or any part of the space allotted, without the prior written approval of EDTM ) Standard Booth Equipment: a) One 6ft x 1.5ft draped table b) A 3m X 3m booth space with cladded false wall separation. c) One Electrical Point ~ 220VAC max 13 Amps. d) Two chairs 5) Exhibit & Display Rules and Regulations: Exhibitors may place a sign or posters or literature on the poster panels provided. No equipment over 10kg (except a PC or a video player with monitor), exhibit booths, or hard walls allowed. 6) Installation of Exhibits: The exhibition will be on 13th-15th March 2019 only. The exhibition timings are from 9:30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Exhibitors will be notified, at a later date, about the booth set-up date and timing. 7) Contests, Promotions, and Literature Distribution: Exhibitors shall not permit exhibition raffles, donations, or other promotional measures that require guests to be present at a specified location and time. 8) Prohibited Functions: Any function which is not part of the EDTM 2019 Official Program is prohibited. 9) Liability Release and Indemnification: Exhibitor releases EDTM 2019, its sponsors from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses relating to or arising out of any injury, loss or damage to the hotel property or theirs. Exhibitor shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless EDTM 2019, its sponsors from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses relating to or arising out of any injury, loss or damage to the hotel property or theirs. 10) Refund Policy for Cancellation by Exhibitor: EDTM 2019 will refund the exhibitor as follows: a) S$800 for cancellations made before 30 September 2018 b) S$300 for cancellations made between 1 October and 30 December 2018 c) No refund will be made if cancellation is made after 30 December ) Authority of Exhibition Management: EDTM 2019 shall have the authority to adopt and enforce all rules and regulations with respect to the event adopted by it or set forth herein. EDTM 2019 has the authority to enforce all rules and regulations. EDTM2019 s decision on such matters shall be final.
