The driver s mbile phne will send yur GPS crdinates, during the ride, t ur servers. Mst GPS enabled mbile devices can define ne s lcatin t within 50 feet. Usage Infrmatin may be cllected using a ckie. If yu d nt want infrmatin t be cllected thrugh the use f ckies, yur brwser allws yu t deny r accept the use f ckies. Ckies can be disabled r cntrlled by setting a preference within yur web brwser r n yur Device. If yu chse t disable ckies r flash ckies n yur Device, sme features f the Services may nt functin prperly r may nt be able t custmize the delivery f infrmatin t yu. We use that ge-lcatin infrmatin fr varius purpses, including fr yu t be able t view the drivers in yur area that are clse t yur lcatin, fr yu t set yur pick up lcatin, fr the drivers t identify the pick up lcatin, t send yu prmtins and ffers, and t allw yu (if yu chse thrugh any features we may prvide) t share this infrmatin with ther peple. In additin, we may use yur Prtected Infrmatin r Usage Infrmatin that we cllect abut yu: (1) t prvide yu with infrmatin r services r prcess transactins that yu have requested r agreed t receive including t send yu electrnic newsletters, r t prvide yu with special ffers r prmtinal materials n behalf f us r third parties; (2) t enable yu t participate in a variety f the Services features such as nline r mbile entry

These third parties will have access t user infrmatin, including Prtected Infrmatin t nly carry ut the services they are perfrming fr yu r fr us. Each f these third parties including TFS are required t ensure the same level f data prtectin as us and are bligated nt t disclse r use Prtected Infrmatin fr any ther purpse. Analytics TPSPs may set and access their wn ckies, web beacns and embedded scripts n yur Device and they may therwise cllect r have access t infrmatin abut yu, including nn-persnally identifiable infrmatin. We use a third party hsting prvider wh hsts ur supprt sectin f ur website. Infrmatin cllected within this sectin f ur website by such third party is gverned by ur Privacy Plicy. (c) CO-BRANDED SERVICES. Certain aspects f the Services may be prvided t yu in assciatin with third parties ( C- Branded Services ) such as spnsrs and charities, and may require yu t disclse Prtected Infrmatin t them.
