2 MLS Fan Code of Conduct Major League Soccer is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable soccer experience for all guests in and around our stadiums. MLS fans have a right to expect an environment where: Fans are encouraged to cheer, sing, and otherwise support their team while remaining respectful and courteous to their fellow patrons, referees, opposing team fans and players. Fans enjoy the soccer experience free from fighting, *thrown objects, attempts to enter the playing field, political or inciting messages, and disorderly behavior, including foul, sexist, racial, obscene or abusive language or gestures. Fans comply with requests from stadium staff regarding stadium policies and emergency response procedures. Fans promptly and carefully return the ball to a stadium staff member or the ball kid on the sidelines in the event that a soccer ball enters the stands. Alcoholic beverages are consumed in a responsible manner and only by those of legal age. Fans conduct themselves in a lawful manner to avoid incidents in the stadium and in the parking lots. *NOTE: The use of streamers and confetti as an expression of fan enthusiasm is not prohibited, but will be kept under review. Streamers are not to be used to impact the competition and/or thrown at or toward a player, referee or stadium staff member. We will send you all the information regarding your Season Tickets by via The Standard. Do I get my same seat for other Rio Tinto Stadium Events? As Real Salt Lake Season Ticket Holders you will always have an exclusive pre-sale to any event hosted at Rio Tinto Stadium. However, we cannot always guarantee that you will be able to purchase your same seat. Do I get a discount for other Rio Tinto Stadium Events (exhibitions, international matches, concerts)? Unfortunately the prices on such events are up to the organizing parties and we cannot guarantee any type of discount for non-real Salt Lake sponsored events at Rio Tinto Stadium for our Season Ticket Holders. How can I book an event at Rio Tinto Event Facilities? For more information and if you are interested in booking your special event in one of Rio Tinto s banquet facilities, please contact Tara Kroeger at tkroeger@realsaltlake.com or How do I make the pre-game dinner reservations in the Budweiser Club Real Restaurant? If you are looking to dine with us before the big game, please contact Alfreda Tsai, with Levy Restaurants at atsai@levyrestaurants.com or Please keep in mind that reservations must be booked at least one week prior to game day. Reservations will be fulfilled based on availability. Is there a limit to how many tickets I can purchase at my STH Pride Discounted Rate for a game? There is no limit on the amount of tickets you can purchase to a single game at your STH Rate. Seat availability around or near your seats is not guaranteed. Your season seat cannot be moved from game to game when additional seats are purchased. Please contact your Fan Relations Representative with the most amount of time possible for the best seat availability to order your tickets. Day of game requests may not always be met. You can receive your STH Pride Rate by calling into your Fan Relations Coordinator, the Season Ticket Holder Hotline or at the Rio Tinto Stadium Box Office. How do I receive any additional tickets I purchase? Our methods of delivery are always Will Call, Flash Seats and E-tickets. As season ticket holders, all of these options are free for our Season Ticket Holders.

12 Where is will-call? Will-Call is located at the WEST SIDE BOX OFFICE. Will-Call is open on game days beginning at 10 AM and will close at HALFTIME. Will-Call is also open Monday- Friday 10 AM- 6PM. We will need the first and last name of the person picking up the Will Call Tickets along with photo ID. How does an E-ticket work? All e-tickets must be printed out at home, one ticket printed per sheet of paper. Please do not try to fit multiple tickets in one sheet as the barcode will become unreadable by the scanners. Also, e-tickets pulled up on your mobile device will not work, please make sure to print them out if you choose to have tickets delivered via . How do Flash Seats work? Just bring the credit card you made the purchase with and go straight to the gates. They will swipe your card, never to charge, simply to identify the tickets loaded on your Flash Seat account and will print a seat locator. Please refer to the Flash Seats page 3 for further details and feel free to contact your Fan Relations Coordinator for specific questions. If you have Flash Seats problems at the entry gate, please go to the Customer Service Window at the East or West Box Office and we will be happy to resolve the issue. How do I access My RSL Account? And is it different from my Flash Seat Account? What do I need for the Club Seat Treats all-you-can-eats concession stands? How can I get into the Post Game Budweiser Club Party? You can access the Post Game Budweiser Club party by being a Club Seat Holder. Please present your ticket at the door. When will Meet the Team be? Meet the Team has typically been in the late summer months of August or September. Once a date is determined, you will receive an notification via The Standard. What is the Season Ticket Holder Discount at the Team Store? You will receive your Team Store Coupon booklet with your Season Tickets. Each season ticket holder will receive a 20 coupon booklet for each of their season seats. Each coupon is good for $10 off a $50 purchase. The coupons may be accumulated for larger purchases in increments of $50. Where can I park? Please see the parking map on page (12). West and South Parking lots are Permit Only. Cash lots are open around the stadium. For non-rsl events, all parking lots may be opened as Cash Lots.

13 What is the ticket exchange policy? Ticket exchange is the benefit that allows you to trade in unused past season tickets and future tickets that will not be used for additional tickets to a designated exchange dates. There is a limit on the number of exchange tickets you can trade in per exchange date. You will only be able to trade in the number of season seats you have per exchange date. For example, if you own four (4) season tickets, you will only be able to exchange four (4) tickets per exchange date. Ticket exchange cannot be done on any game day. Please feel free to drop off unused tickets at the Customer Service Window on the East or West Box Office on game days with your name and number and your Fan Relations Coordinator will follow up with you during the following week. You can also mail in any unused tickets to: 9256 S. State Street Sandy UT Attention: Fan Relations- (Your Fan Relations Coordinator s Name) Exchange tickets will then be left at will call, added to your Flash Seats account or e-ticketed to you as per your request. When are the Exchange Dates? The exchange games for 2014 will be your Bonus Game A and Bonus Game B dates. Both are TBD. You will receive notification of when those games will be played by via The Standard. How early do the gates open before game time? Gates open one hour before game time. What items are prohibited at Rio Tinto Stadium? No outside food is permitted into the stadium Noisemakers- no plastic horns, no air horns, no whistles. Musical instruments, drums and maracas are permitted. No fireworks, flares, or smoke bombs No pets (with the exceptions of service animals) Umbrellas OK to be brought in; may not be opened in seating area- Recommend rain ponchos if needed. No large strollers in seating bowl- stroller check-in at East and West Gate; small strollers can be placed under seats. No weapons. Anyone with an item that does not pass security measures will be asked to either take the item back to their vehicle or dispose of it. Purses, backpacks, fanny packs, diaper bags or any other bags may be brought into the stadium, but will be thoroughly searched at the bag inspection area. Banners are encouraged provided they are not commercial, offensive, or in poor taste. All banners and signs are subject to approval of content and message. Banners may not obstruct the view of any guests, stadium signage, or present any safety hazards

14 What is the Re-Entry Policy? There is no re-entry policy at Rio Tinto Stadium. In case of medical emergency see a guest services staff member. Rio Tinto Stadium and Real Salt Lake reserve the right to remove fans that do not adhere to stadium guidelines or fans code of conduct. Are streamers and confetti allowed at Rio Tinto Stadium? Yes, streamers and confetti are allowed and may only be thrown in the air in celebration.
