There are almost 1,000 attendees at our events plus we are the only show in Canada that hosts all three O s (Ophthalmologists, Optometrists and Opticians), along with their sales and support staff, all under the same roof. Our trade shows provide industry suppliers with the opportunity to showcase their products and services and reach a large portion of their target market all in one day. Our floor plan ensures that every booth is in a premium location with high traffic flow. Give your company even more exposure by becoming a sponsor. Sponsorships range from lecture spots in our main programs, coffee breaks, breakfast and lunch, etc. TRADE SHOW VENUE AND LOCATION Embassy Grand Convention Centre 8800 The Gore Road Brampton, Ontario L6P 0B1 T W. infinityeventgroup.ca Free parking ~ Closest intersection Highway 7 & Highway 427 ~ 15 minutes from Pearson Airport TRADE SHOW HOURS SUNDAY OCTOBER 21, :30 AM TO 4:30 PM The trade show will run concurrently with our continuing education seminar. We have staggered the morning and afternoon coffee breaks as well as the lunch breaks so that the attendees spend as much time as possible in the exhibits hall. Our attendees include Ophthalmologists, Optometrists, Opticians, Optometric and Ophthalmic Assistants as well as sales and support staff. MOVE-IN DATE Exhibitors can set up their booths on Sunday October 21, 2018 between the hours of 6:00 am and 9:00 am. All booths must be set up, area cleaned and ready-to-go by 9:00 am. Our trade show manager will be available during move-in to answer any questions that you may have. All loading and unloading of materials must be brought in and out of the convention centre through the loading dock - located in the rear of the building. Absolutely no trolleys, deliveries or exhibitor traffic is allowed through the front entrances or lobbies of the building. These lobbies are strictly reserved for registration of our attendees. A designated storage area will be available in the exhibits hall to store your boxes, etc. The convention centre has limited storage space available in the loading docks for pre-deliveries and will only accept small items a couple of days prior to our event date. All items being delivered must be clearly marked with your company s name, date of our show and your booth number. MOVE-OUT DATE Exhibitors can start dismantling their booths on Sunday October 21, 2018 starting at 4:30 pm. All materials must be removed from the premises immediately unless previous arrangements have been made with the Embassy Grand Convention Centre. HOST HOTEL A group rate of $124 per night has been arranged with the Hampton Inn by Hilton Brampton/Toronto hotel. Please note that electricity is not included with our booths. Electricity can be ordered in advance by completing the enclosed electrical order form and sending it directly to our convention-approved provider, bbblanc Audiovisual. BOOTH ASSIGNMENT AND ALLOCATION To reserve your booth, please complete the attached Exhibitor s Registration Form, indicate your three booth choices and send your completed form to our office. Please note that we will not allocate any booth(s) until a signed registration form and full payment from the exhibitor is received. Post-dated cheques are not acceptable without prior consent. The exhibitor agrees not to sublet the rental space provided to any other company or person without prior written consent from The Khan Group. Any such attempt will result in immediate cancellation of the contract and all monies paid by the exhibitor will not be refunded. Absolutely no selling, advertising or distributing any counterfeit, fake or knock-off products of any kind are acceptable at our event. Doing so will result in immediate expulsion of the exhibitor. NAME BADGES For security reasons, every attendee at our event is required to wear a name badge. Please find enclosed a name badge order form for you to complete for each representative attending your booth. There is no limit as to how many name badges you may order. In order to meet our printing deadlines, forms must be returned to our office no later than October 9, Your name badges will be brought to your booth during your morning set-up. In the case of adding last minute representatives, blank name badges will be available for you at our registration desk, located in the main lobby. CANCELLATION POLICY In the event of cancellation, the exhibitor must provide The Khan Group with written notice before September 15, 2018, in which case all monies paid by the exhibitor will be refunded with the exception of a $400 administration charge per allocated 8 x 10 booth. If cancellation of the contract is indicated after September 15, 2018, all monies paid by the exhibitor will not be refunded. 4

The Khan Group Inc. Rules and Regulations The rental of any sales room or trade show space available in the Embassy Grand Convention Centre or in The Khan Group s host hotel during the event is absolutely prohibited without prior written consent from The Khan Group Inc. Embassy Grand Convention Centre Rules and Regulations The Exhibitor agrees to comply with all the rules and regulations of the Embassy Grand Convention Centre including bylaws, ordinances, regulations, requirements, codes and standards including fire, safety and environmental regulations. Fire exits and routes must not be obstructed. Signs and Banners Signs and banners must be placed within the confines of your booth and cannot obstruct or impose upon your neighbours or other exhibitors. Maximum height for signs and banners is 8 feet tall, starting at floor level. Security The Khan Group Inc. will not be responsible for any claims for loss or theft of property, personal injury or loss of business. 10
