2 Welcome Vendors! Who We Are Ontario Library Service - North is a publicly funded organization that provides education and training to 121 First Nation and public libraries across Northern Ontario. Our conference is an important event for our First Nation, francophone, and anglophone librarians, providing them with an opportunity to learn and network with their peers. Our conference is the only major training event that brings together public library delegates from across Northern Ontario. Why might you consider participating at our conference? This unique vendor opportunity provides a cost-effective way to meet all Northern Ontario librarians in one location. A commitment to supporting Northern Ontario libraries will result in building a positive and strong business relationship. Public libraries purchase more than just books and DVDs. Libraries make ongoing purchasing decisions about office supplies, cleaning supplies, furniture, computers, computer equipment and supplies, scanners, fax machines, gaming consoles and games, and other purchasing decisions too numerous to mention. 5 Accommodation / Meals Accommodations Vendors are responsible for booking and paying for their own accommodations. OLS North has reserved a block of rooms at the conference hotel. The cost starts at $139/night plus taxes for single occupancy. To book your accommodations at the conference hotel, please visit Holiday Inn Sudbury. Meals The following meals are included in the booth fees: Wednesday, September 26, 2018 Breakfast Lunch Banquet You are welcome to attend the Conference Banquet on Wednesday at an additional charge of $ Please include your dietary restrictions on the online registration form. 4
