Each year hundreds of imodules users come to the Kansas City area eager to learn and network with peers and partners like you. Booth Details The exhibitor booths are located in the Leatherwood Foyer in an area of heavy traffic. Placement o Booth numbers are assigned on a first come, first served basis. Includes: o One 6 x30 skirted table o Two side chairs o One waste basket You are permitted to have one pop-up banner in your booth area. You can also skirt your table with your tablecloth if you like. Electrical needs will need to be ordered through the Sheraton. o A PDF document will be provided at a later date and should be completed and returned to the party indicated on the form should you require their services. Wireless o Free Wi-Fi is provided in the Conference Lobby and the Exhibit Hall. Exhibitor area is carpeted. Passport Program We will be conducting a passport program to encourage traffic at your booths, so please be ready to punch the attendee s pass! The giveaway drawing will be Wednesday at 9:00 am. NOTE: Punches will be provided by imodules. Staffing Your booth reservation fee includes registration for up to two company representatives. The ed list includes name, title, street address, and institution only. A pre-conference Excel file will be sent on Thursday, July 3. Hotel Accommodations The Sheraton Overland Park is located in the heart of suburban Overland Park and is surrounded by several dining, shopping, and entertainment districts such as Town Center, Park Place, and the brandnew, Prairiefire. Shipping Instructions Incoming o To insure proper delivery of packages, the following information should be included on all packages sent to the hotel: Name of individual receiving package Sheraton Overland Park, 6100 College Boulevard, Overland Park, Kansas Sizzler, July Date of arrival Boxes are to be numbered appropriately: box 1 of 3, box 2 of 3, etc. o Packages should not arrive to the hotel earlier than the week of Monday, July 21. Outgoing o The hotel s shipping authorization form must be completed and accompany all outgoing shipments. Forms can be obtained from the Information Desk in the Conference Lobby. Exhibitors who plan to ship materials directly to the hotel will be responsible for all related shipping/receiving hotel fees.

8 Rules and Regulations 1. Contract for Space: Applicants for exhibit space are required to reserve their booth online. The reservation for space and formal notice of assignment and acceptance by imodules, with full payment of rental charges, constitute a contract for the right to use this space. Payment is due by Friday, June 30, No exhibitor will be allowed to set up unless imodules has received payment in full, unless prior arrangements have been made. 2. Dates and Hours: Schedule for exhibits will be as follows: Set-Up: Sunday, July 27, 6:30 8:00 pm Show Hours: Monday, July 28, 7:30 am 5:00 pm Tuesday, July 29, 7:30 am 5:00 pm Wednesday, July 30, 7:30 am 12:00 pm Tear-Down: Wednesday, July 30, 12:00 2:00 pm 3. Setting-Up and Tearing Down: You may begin to setup your booth at 6:30 pm Sunday, July 27 and must be completed no later than 8:00 pm. imodules is not responsible for any articles left in hall after closing. Labor to assist in delivery, packing, and unpacking of display materials must be arranged through the Sheraton. All work in connection with exhibit erection and dismantling is to be performed by union personnel carrying the appropriate union card. Carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers, and other skilled labor, as well as common labor and porters, can be arranged by the Sheraton at established rates. Arrangements should be made in advance with the Sheraton. Show management has the responsibility to see that its official service contractor makes appropriate arrangements and provides sufficient labor so that setup and tear-down schedules will be followed per contract. This is necessary so that set-up and tear-down times are not affected and so that additional rental charges can be avoided. 4. Use of Space: All demonstrations or other activities must be confined to the limits of the booth and not impede traffic or interfere with other exhibit displays. Exhibitor shall not assign, share, or sublet any space allotted without the written consent of imodules. No exhibitor is permitted to show goods other than those manufactured or sold by the organization in the regular course of business. imodules will not be held liable for any damages or loss of property that may occur. 5. Irregular Canvassing: Distribution of circulars or promotional material may be made only within the booth assigned to the exhibitor presenting the material. Exhibitors may arrange with the Westin for mass distribution of promotional materials to guest rooms. They may also contract independently with the hotel bell captain to have items such as personal invitations or messages distributed. 6. Fire Protection: No combustible decoration, such as crepe paper, cardboard, or corrugated paper shall be used at any time. All packing containers, excelsior, and wrapping paper, which must be flameproof, are to be removed from the floor and must not be stored under tables or behind displays. All muslin, velvet, silk, or any other decoration must stand a flameproof test. All materials and fluids that are flammable are to be kept in safety containers. Open flames, butane gas, oxygen tanks, etc., are not permitted without the permission of the hotel and the Fire Prevention Bureau. 7. Sound Devices: No sound-making equipment of any kind may be set up or used in exhibit booths without prior approval from imodules. 8. Restrictions in Operation of Exhibits: imodules reserves the right to restrict exhibits that because of noise, method of operation, materials, or for any other reason, become objectionable, and also to prohibit or even evict any exhibit that in the opinion of the management may detract from the general character of the conference as a whole. This reservation includes persons, things, conduct, printed matter, or anything of a character that the management determines is objectionable to the conference. In the event of such restriction or eviction, imodules is not liable for any refunds or rentals or other exhibit expenses. 9. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Your completed exhibitor/sponsor reservation form constitutes for financial commitment to imodules. Sponsorship and exhibitor fees are non-refundable.
