TOUR OPERATORS/PACKAGES 4 Note: To narrow down your search, there are additional options available when searching for flights, hotels or cars as seen in points 5 to VENDOR: Holiday House or Fun Sun Vacations VACATION PACKAGE: Gives you the option to select your package type. Hotel listing includes all contracted hotels with FunSun Vacations & Holiday House available for dates requested. If more than one room category is available it will be displayed using drop down menu. 4 Pricing is the total for the reservation, NOT per person, including estimated taxes and fees. 6 BOOKING CONFIRMATION/PAYMENT SCREEN ADVANCED PASSENGER INFORMATION SYSTEM (APIS): Enter passengers APIS info as it appears on the passenger s passport. PAYMENT: System will accept an agency cheque or a major credit card (max. 4 cc payments). TERMS & CONDITIONS: You must read and understand the terms & conditions before you can continue with the booking. Select confirm/complete booking. Note: APIS information is required as of November,

7 COMMISSION SCREEN - ADD COMMISSION SET COMMISSION LINK: Add your additional commission as you would on an air consolidation file. PACKAGE PRICE: Includes commission mark up. COMMISSION MARK UP: Choose to mark up by percentage or dollar amount. Select calculate to complete commission markup. Note: Land, car and features are all commissionable and the price in the system will have commission incorporated in it. There is no commission built into the air component on your file as we have the ability to package with multiple fare types including published fares. THERE IS NO MAXIMUM AMOUNT TO INCREASE YOUR COMMISSION! 7

8 CONFIRMED ITINERARY/INVOICE ED ITINERARY/INVOICE: Once the booking is complete you will receive your clients itinerary/invoice via address on file. Note: Commission appears on confirmed itinerary/invoice. E-TRAVEL DOCUMENT E-TRAVEL DOCUMENT: When the booking is paid in full the E-Travel Document will be ed to your address on file. Note: Clients no longer require a voucher! They simply travel with the E-Travel Document, covering all components booked. 8

9 RETRIEVING A RESERVATION MEMBER SERVICES: Customize your preferences, retrieve reservations, send clients confirmations and review payments coming due. Note: The Suitcase, is a storage area that can save up to 0 itineraries for 4 calendar days. Suitcases DO NOT hold inventory or guarantee prices. 10 FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS When is an airline e-ticket made available to my client? Upon full payment of the entire package. What if I have to make a name change? Name changes are not permitted. What if I have to make a change to my itinerary? No changes permitted on air segments, land components can be changed for a fee. See section on terms & conditions for full details. How do I know my commission? Simply click on the set commission tab, to view or adjust your commission amount. Do you offer features like attraction tickets and airport transfers? Yes, we offer attraction tickets and airport transfers. Simply click on the features button on the booking screen. If you do not see it online, please call in. How do I pull up a reservation? Under member services tab. Retrieve reservation. Enter booking number or client last name. How do I cancel a reservation? Retrieve reservation using booking number or client last name. Select cancel reservation near top of booking screen. Confirm cancellation. How do I receive my e-docs? E-docs are issued and ed to the address on file upon confirmation of full payment. How and when do I apply payment? You can apply payment in the form of credit card (max. 4 credit card payments per booking) or agency cheque. Payment is due at time of booking. How much payment is due at time of booking? Full payment is due for the air portion and 0% for the remaining items which may include hotel, attractions and transfers.
